Att says my Nokia 9 purview, that came out in 2019, I purchased it in 2020, Amazon.. so I had it for 19 months.. and att tells me its a 3g phone, I also read somewhere that it's 2g phone so it will not work on the 4g/5g network.. unless there is some sofware that can manipulate it?????

Samsung S22. I didn't have enough storage, so my phone couldn't download the update. That was the problem.

My phone doesn't have a problem, it's my SIM card. Each time I call it automatically stops saying "Call ended"

If able to make calls but unable to receive calls, this should be for you 👉 I had the same problem but called the customer service center of my SIM. They gave me a code to disable 'call forwading'. I disabled it, restarted my phone, and it was able to receive calls again. So, for me, call forwarding was the culprit. You can try calling your customer service center to see if they can help with your problem!
Customer care services gave me a few codes but it didn't work. Still can't receive calls.

Try to check if your DND (Do not Disturb) is On. If it is on turn it off.
Samsung galaxy s7 texting works wifi works internet works. What is happening phone shows bars and lte wit wifi off.But when you try to call out the phone service bars and lte disappear after dialing starts and then the call is shortly dropped and the bars and lte come back. I have changed the sim card with no difference. I have put the old sim card in a old phone and was able to receive and make calls. What do you think of this?

One of my contacts can text me but when they call me they are sent directly to voicemail. I have checked multiple times and her number is not blocked. @@richardpotorski6601 I contacted my cell phone service provider and asked them to check if the phone number, which appeared to be an old recycled number, judging by the area code, is having some problem with it. First two people I spoke with, told me that they verified the number and it is working okay. But I explained that when I tried to call my brand new Samsung from any other phone, the Samsung would not produce a ring and eventually I would reach a voice mail that gave me a recorded message that said: "The ROGERS customer you have reached, has not activated their voice mail". My service provider is NOT Rogers. So when I called my service provided again, and explained this to the third person, they looked a bit deeper into it and discovered that the number was not fully cancelled and therefore was not ready for reuse. My service provider assigned and activated a new number and agreed to give me one month credit. No more problems.
