It’s what I’ve been doing. I was able to snag Bartolo Colon in the first round. Then I snagged Jered Weaver, Reid Detmers, Ervin Santana, and Ubaldo Jimenez in the second round. In the final round I was able to get Adrian Beltre, Curtis Granderson, Adam Dunn, Mike Trout, and Vladimir Guerrero Sr.
2nd round, I got Don Larsen, Joe Musgrove, Len Barker, Bob Forsch, Bob Gibson. 3rd round, Manny Machado, Jim Thome, Dave Winfield, Frank Robinson, Mel Ott. My others the boys had on their lists
My best pull was Alec mills no hitter

For the 300 homer question, I would've tried to focus on less power positions. C, 2B, and SS mostly. Kent, Cano, Bench, Piazza, Berra and Fisk I'm sure of and are unlikely to get guessed because you just don't think of those spots as power positions. For SS, don't think I'd do ARod because I'd think he'd get guessed. But Tejada and Ripken are less likely to get guessed. Then I'd go old players for the last 2. Mathews from Braves and Yaz from Sox would've been fun pulls. Really fun game!!
Joez picking Ricky Henderson made tequila blast out my nose - because I know how close he was - but it was everyone's reaction that got me laughing so hard.

Category 2 scored with Cy Young, VanderMeer, Newsom, Feller, Seaver, Browning, Witt, Kenny Rogers, Charlie Ferguson. Allie Reynolds got named.
Category 3 got full marks with Hornsby, Kaline, Kingman, Klein, Foxx, Al Simmons, Kiner, Ripken, Colavito and Norm Cash.
