I have a question: would this routine help me gain strength if I did it twice a day? I'm not unhealthy but I'm just not up to all that planking etc 😅. I'm 66 by the way. Thank you xxx
Hi Dr. I'm new to your channel. I just injured my inner left calf muscle today. Woohoo! 🙌🤣 Needless to say, I'm going to be doing these exercises. I have two questions. 1) Can I do these exercises everyday? 2) At 3:46 I can't put my foot down on the bed for the inner thigh workout, bc pressure on my foot right now of any degree is excruciating. Is there an alternative inner thigh workout that I can do to substitute this one out? Thank you so much for this video.
Great workoutvdo beside loved your physique , i had been into fitness since 4 years and currently working on abs , sometmes even i do free hand workout at home and will try thsee bed workouts 👍
Dr. Kristie I'm lying in bed and am watching this excellent workout on my iPad. I've got some gliding going, blood flow going, and the fluid is moving, absolutely loving the nice intensity and gentle build up from the side glute and inner thigh workouts. You have such an amazingly fit definition in those Reebok shorts! Trying not to smoosh down into my bed.
