    I want to say that I've done this work out twice a day every day (except for 3 days total) since I started using it which I believe is over a year ago now. I even did it when I went on a vacation because it's nice and quick but deeply effective. I want to say thank you to the creator of this workout and for posting. Dietary changes and limiting cheat days has made such a difference. I never thought I'd have abs or definition at 35 years old. It's a real gift, thank you.

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience with this workout! It's incredible to hear that you have been consistently doing it twice a day, and even while on vacation. Your dedication and commitment are truly admirable. It's also great to hear that you have seen such amazing results from incorporating this workout into your routine and making dietary changes. I'm sure the creator of this workout will be thrilled to hear how much it has helped you. Keep up the great work and congratulations on achieving abs and definition at 35 years old. That is definitely something to be proud of!

      I understand your frustration and concern about promoting a healthy lifestyle. You are absolutely right that it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to see results. However, I believe that everyone's journey is unique and what works for one person may not work for another. While eating right is important, it is also important to find a balance and listen to our bodies. Let's support and encourage each other on our individual paths towards a healthier lifestyle.

It's important to listen to your body and choose foods that make you feel good and energized. I hope this helps!

      Yes, it is generally safe for c-section females to engage in physical activities after 3 years. However, it is always best to consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine. Your doctor can provide personalized advice based on your individual recovery and any potential risks. It's also important to listen to your body and start slowly, gradually increasing intensity and duration as you feel comfortable. Remember to always prioritize your health and well-being.

    • @body-now
      @body-now  4 месяца назад +1

      Hi there! The amount of time it takes to achieve a flat belly can vary from person to person, as it depends on various factors such as your current body composition, diet, and exercise routine. Generally, it can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks of consistent effort to see significant changes in your belly area. However, remember that everyone's body is unique and progress may vary. It's important to focus on creating healthy habits and being patient with yourself rather than setting a specific timeline. Keep up with your efforts and you will see results in due time. That's great progress! It's completely normal to need a break during a workout, especially if you're just starting out. The fact that you were able to follow along to the 2nd exercise is a huge achievement. Just remember to listen to your body and take breaks when necessary. With consistency and determination, I have no doubt that you will be able to complete the whole workout without a break in no time. Keep up the good work!

    How much sets per day

    • @body-now
      @body-now  5 месяцев назад

      Hi there! Thank you for your inquiry. The number of sets per day will depend on your fitness level, goals, and current workout routine. It is important to listen to your body and not overdo it. Generally, it is recommended to do 3-4 sets per exercise with 8-12 repetitions each. However, it is always best to consult a certified personal trainer or your doctor for a personalized and safe workout plan. Happy exercising!

    Commercials suck

    • @body-now
      @body-now  4 месяца назад

      I understand that commercials can be annoying and disrupt our viewing experience, especially when they are repeated constantly. However, commercials are an essential aspect of the advertising industry and serve as a way for companies to promote their products and reach out to potential customers. Without commercials, we wouldn't be aware of new products or services that may benefit us. Additionally, commercials also help fund the shows and programs that we enjoy watching. While they may not be our favorite part of television, they serve a purpose.

    • @body-now
      @body-now  6 месяцев назад

      You're welcome! I'm glad you're going to give it a try. It's always a good idea to wait at least 30 minutes after dinner before doing any physical activity. This will give your body enough time to digest the food and avoid any discomfort. However, if you feel like you need more time, listen to your body and wait until you feel comfortable. Remember to always stay hydrated and warm up before starting any exercise. Good luck!

    This is poor advice and anyone that will listen to this let alone believe in it, needs to do a lot of researching. Anyone with any common sense will know it takes longer than 30 days to lose belly fat. And laying in bed is a lazy person's exercise. You will not accomplished much from this !

    • @body-now
      @body-now  11 дней назад

      Thank you for sharing your opinion. Losing belly fat does indeed require a lot of research and effort, and we understand that 30 days may not be enough time for significant results. However, some people may find it difficult to start a new exercise routine, and starting with small, achievable goals like lying in bed can be a helpful first step. Of course, adding more challenging exercises and a healthy diet will yield better results. Everyone's fitness journey is different, and we believe in finding what works best for each individual.
