    This intercooler kits is amazing. It's complete with tools and drill and template. The intercooler its self, looks like they did extensive computer flow modeling on it. It has a profile plate with vaying sized holes to produce perfect pressure differential across the entire core. Its a perfectly engineered kit.

      It won’t do any good unless they stretch it. It’s just going to wheelie. Z h2 is an inch shorter then h2. Not much but it’s going to want to wheelie that’s it.

    Just found the channel, love it.
    I’m a Hayabusa guy (Go Zook Nation!!) and I am in the process of installing a Rotrex Supercharger on the Busa!! Should be around the 375-380HP and I can’t wait to get her all buttoned up and the turning and most importantly the first hit!!
    But even though I am a Busa guy, still love learning and seeing what can be done relatively easily to get more power out of these bikes!!!

    I can't wait till the ECU finally gets cracked, this bike should easily make in the 250's with the Intercooler and exhaust

      Definately, Im getting a Zh2 now, im really hoping they can crack it shortly, Not sure how i feel about purchasing a bike that cant be tuned lol, its taking them quite alot longer this time, has anyone thought about just consulting kawasaki?

      @@Kenethdj the power commander just altered the fuel flow slightly but it can't change to injector close off so it only amounted to a few HP.

      Brock's Performance in the USA has been working heavily on a ZH2 to get into the ECU. Took quite some time to do it with the original H2. Eventually they'll be in, but it takes time.
      Consulting with Kawasaki would prove to do nothing. Due to liability they cannot work with the aftermarket to compromise their emission and sound regulated coding.

    I really enjoy your channel and have subscribed. I've been a Kawasaki loyalist who missed the intro of the H2 until last year (2023). Thanks for showing the nitty-gritty. One 'feature' of your videos, the music, is a grating distraction to me. Otherwise, keep making these types of videos and I will like and share them. Thank you!

    As a time review: the wiring on my intercooler pump was mixed in polarity, I had to snip the wires and cross them; this left me really confused when I was trying to install it. The cooling difference of the inlet air and even the engine temperature because of this intercooler is VERY (20 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit) noticeable. I was about to eek out 260hp comfortably with this intercooler, but I am sure with Extreme Creation's latest ZH2 video that more HP is possible.

    That is a really nice install love it! Going to get one of you're blow off valves next year. I have an H2, worth the intercooler kit if I'm running standard boost? Bike is mapped to 240 hp

      The intercooler is worthwhile on a stock boost engine if it's continually ridden hard or used for high speed runs.

      Ya it is. Keeps the heat down and if you drive wide open for long periods of time. Your bike will need it.

    I would love to see an update with a ecu flash. I just got a ZH2 and this is all interesting.

      The bike has to pushing close to 300 hp with the gears and after ecu flash and he has the injectors out or the h2. Which are way better.

    Man that sure does reduce plenum volume. Definitely need to to gear up the supercharger to compensate. Of course repeatable performance should be improved so ro Peter to pay Paul i guess. Was this test done with the Stage 3 gears? What about a rear caliper delete? Seems like using the rear brake on this monster would be a recipe for a funeral.

    Have you guys looked in to the new tuning software and trying to take advantage of the new tuning option?
    Woolich just released it a few days ago. A tuning shop here stateside had a bike with a BT Moto Stage II tune that only made 193WHP with their flash and retuned it with Woolich and put down 245WHP.
    Hope you guys continue the series and take advantage of the new tuning option!

    Very cleanly done. I wasn’t sure that you would be able to add the heat exchanger for the inter cooler. Does the inter cooler share the coolant reserve with the cooling system? Is that why you put a tee in the line to the coolant reserve tank?

    This bike is going to rock with the ecu flash. This bike has to be pushing Over 260 hp after the flash or more with the bigger injectors. The bike is only good for high end speed. Or wheelies. Really the bike is a h2. I just wonder why the gears don’t get oil flowing threw them like an h2. Just curious

    The plenum base doesn't seem to fit with the stock blow off valve sadly; it buds up against the water pump assembly.

    So did the inter cooler alone add the horsepower or was other modifications made ?

      It keeps it cooler so that turns into more hp. With out the cooler the bike will blow up. Some of these bikes are blowing up because of that. There just to hot.

      The H2SXSE cover has some extra brackets used for fairing mounts which aren't avaliable for our cover yet.

    Hey guys, Was wondering if you have an update on how far they are away from being able to flash the Zh2?
    Have you guys considdered consulting kawasaki technical department and actually seeing if its possible? They seem to be taking a hell of a lot longer with this one thats for sure.
    Also how are you getting the Pre and after intercooler temps, I see the sensors there, but whats the digital display your using to show you?

      Unfortunately it doesnt work that way. Bike manufacturers want nothing to do with "ECU hacking" which is what flashing is. With the new style euro5 emissions ecu's they are making it harder to get into them which is why its taking longer than before, there's some very smart people working on it but unfortunately we just have to wait till they crack it.

      Brock’s has the ecu flashed. I guess they just did it. But this bike is going to make way more power. It has bigger injectors and stage 4 gearing. Brock’s just has his ecu flashed. That’s it and his is pushing 230 hp. I would love to see this bike after the flash. You actually turned it into an h2 with the gears.

    Until a good (proper) reflash program is available, I'm not spending one more dollar on mine. Already spent over $1100 USD on aftermarket parts.

    updates are all good but the bike doesn't have the brakes, suspension and chases to handle that much power.

      How so? The frame appears very similar to the frame on the H2 and the H2SX. Is the tube different in some way? The bike has Brembo calipers although I believe Kawasaki used a Nissin master cylinder for cost reasons. The suspension may not be absolute top shelf, but it can probably be tuned or replaced with better units. It is, after all, only money. More importantly for me, there is nowhere near where I live that it would be legal to use it to its fullest in stock form.
