Really enjoyed the video Ben. I installed the turbosmart blow off valve and love it. I agree it is a fun bit of kit. My hand was small enough to get in and remove the tubing from the stock blow off valve and put the bung in without removing the ram air tubing.
I cant what for someone to crack the ecu so I can get my brocks exhaust, tune and a bov things already stupid fast I can only imagine! Keep up the great work!!
I m doing the best upgrade to this bike this winter. Suspensions! Followed by an air filter and a flash. Exhaust slip on is already on. And that's all you need to really enjoy it
im not going to lie, the standard super charger sound, sounds way better than that after market blow off, it sounds like someone is chasing you with a bike pump lol

Not to mention that you're dyno is 20-25hp lower than Dynojet's like on Brocks performance's dyno, you'd prob be closer to 225hp already. Can't wait to see the intercooler / stage 4 results & hopefully the ZH2's true potential one of these days, once that ecu finally gets cracked!! Awesome✌
Serious, professional dudes, they really know their stuff and bought their bike from the same dealer and Salesperson I got mine from a couple of months after them! Stage 4 with inter cooler, jets, BOV and cracked ECU, etc, etc will be basically unrideable at full throttle without an extended rear end, but still, I cant’t wait to see the Dyno runs and to hear the pricing per stage, my guess for state 4 is around $12-15 K ???? Put your guesses in, see who comes closest, to be fair just name one price, mine will be $13k (let’s just do stage 4 for now). PS. Mine is already enough for me with Akra pipe and DNA air filter!!! Happy bidding!!!! 😀

Thanks for a methodical approach to making power with this bike; I might have to give it another look. I'm still wondering if they're going to address the heat-soaking issue by offering an intercooler in the next few years, but I'm doubtful.
Hello! There are 2 hoses on the bottom of the gas tank, when you eliminate the purge valve and canister, what do you hook to the other nipple on the bottom of the tank that used to go to the purge canister?

What size of carbs does the 2020 zh2 have? Kawasaki says 36 and 38 on their web specs. Brock's says 40mm that kawasaki made an error on site. Brock said 40mm just like th he h2sx. Can someone tell me I do believe Brock's.
Looks good I just don't understand how come you put stage 3 on it while the compression is 11.8 super high compared to h2sx 11.5 and h2 8.5 when the ecu will be able to flash and etv could open 100 and rev limit raisd maybe the engine won't handle it and big chance of detonation.. what you say about that? And you just add 2 degree ignition 8000 to limiter at 100%? Thank you
ZH2 & the H2SX both have 11.2:1 compression, we are more interested in adding torque earlier than reving the engine harder as thats where most people will see the biggest advantage, of course we will make adjustments once the ECU can be flashed. This video was to show the difference to boost levels the gears make & to see what gain we can get with an ecu that still has the restrictions in place.
@@extcreat and btw the upper gear is 0.5mm wider than h2sx upper gear.. did you measurement both and check because i heard that they are different, And you adjust fuel to 11.5AFR? Thank you!

There are actually some H2s pushing close to 400hp now. If 300hp or close to it can be squeezed out of this bike I will definitely buy one because it would be a bargain.

no you can't get enough slack in the chain to remove it, clutch has to come out.
