You will find a new rear shock helps the handling out considerably. I have a Ktech DDS Pro on my ZH2 and it had done a few track days no problem. Maybe that with taller gears will calm it down a little to use the power. Amazing work guys!!!
The really crazy thing is, you haven't touched supercharger gears, injectors, intercooler, valve springs. There is so much more in this bike it is insane.

I tried the Zh2 Sx , I can’t believe how uncomfortable it is , how can anyone ride in that ridiculous least forward position? The Zh2 is 100 times more comfortable 🎉
I’ve never been afraid of my ZH2 but seeing this terrified me😂😂😂😂. I’m more of a cruiser and mountain rider…I’ll stick to the stock tune and the Brock’s slip-on, LoL! But it’s great to see what it can do unleashed!! Awesome job!!

I just ordered the BrenTune flash tool and sprint filter. Game plan is to let you work your magic, send some great info to BrenTune, and have an awesome flash come next spring. I don’t see myself as a hardcore racer so adding a power commander isn’t on my list.. don’t need that level of adjustability
I'm guessing a really good 3-way adjustable rear shock would do that Z wonders, tighten up the compression circuit would resist pro-squat when opening the throttle and help keep the front from lifting around the countershaft so much. Anything outside a superbike from Japan needs suspension help to one degree or another.
I vast majority of the uncontrollability can be attributed to the Z H2's OEM gearing - those 2 extra teeth on the rear are required to make a 175 HP bike wheelie effortlessly...but make a 225 HP bike a very powerful unicycle.
No doubt that the ZH2 is a handful, but you should have been picking the speed only. Even though he's geared, telling a liter bike to start in 3rd at 50mph is just to make it close, I think he would have won if he was in 2nd.
@@Cobradaddy it's not even a contest, tuned Z H2 will crush ZX if the rider can keep the front end down with KRTC disabled. Different league of power. Thinking otherwise shows simply you've never ridden anything with the H2 badge on it 😂😂😂

Next up, Euro 5 H2SX! Ninja 1000sx has a speed limiter, at least in Japan. It would really be cool to do away that, but from what I understand that ECU hasn't been cracked yet.
I may get a '23 Z H2, and I definitely want to bring it to your shop to do these upgrades if I get it. The Peoria Kawasaki has the '23 Z900RS you outfitted, but they don't list what you did or the power. Can you say what you did to it? It's the RS with a stretched swingarm.

They are about the same apples to apples if tuned the same. The H2 SX seems to have a slight advantage, maybe 10 HP peak....but the difference in 10 hp when you are at 240/250 can't be noticed when riding. FYI: bit.ly/3DP1EMc Please remember, these are two entirely different bikes. The H2 SX would be closer to a ZX-14R as far as touring, wind protection, cargo space etc. The Z H2 is more of a Hooligan , wheelifest, hell raiser when they are both set up the same. Engines are identical other than cam timing. 3 degree difference, favoring lower end on Z and top end on SX. With a full system and comparable tune on both, the Z will win roll on races...weight...
@Jeff Hines - No. The bike is unrideable with the wheelie control off at stock wheelbase and this power level. 12:34 was THE BIKE keeping itself from looping over backwards at 140 MPH....I was just going along for the ride.

Question Brock, I just got my ZH2. This Is my first 1000cc. I’m loving how stock performs. But with your stage 1 flash, all I have to do is purchase it and load it to the bike and that’s all??? Nothing else needed ? And will wheelie control still be on the bike after your tune ?

Man that's one insanely impressive bike wow, those gains are mind boggling. 😳 how will it handle wheelies on the high ways for extended periods of time, my wheely bike is a street fighter style 05 zx6 and I abuse it like a red head step child.

This is good. Now the engine makes tje kindda power it actually should. But i'd look into making the gearing a bit taller to make it smoother and ridable. The. Power's there now it can actually do bigger speeds. Just need to make it smoother by using taller gearing. I'd really like that. And a big screen to protect from wind

Great performance but is it worth posting the speeding dial. I mean I love it but if it would be the UK they'll track the video and the person and send you a nice fine or lose your licence. Guess it doesnt matter in the us but just looking out for ya. Keep safe out there.

I would just keep it stock. I'm 270 pounds and yank on the throttle it comes up with little effort in first three gears. Me personally I wouldn't put tune on unless I got a stretched Swingarm. I've tried to to drag race it once its a pain and that's coming from a guy who races a stock wheelbase ZX14R, its much easier to control
@Anjoe, we will not produce anything titanium for the H2's as even our best automotive high temp titanium would not stand up the H2's heat. All of our H2 exhausts are high temp stainless for this reason.

I cant believe how nimble the Zh2 feels. It's only 25lbs lighter then my H2 SX/SE but it feels ALOT lighter with how easy it is to flick around.

I have a ZH2 tuned by SLR tuning and a Brocks Pentacarbon I got 236hp and 136tq to the wheel definitely upgrading to H2 next year 😅

We pulled one tooth off of the front and 3 off of the rear of our other ZH2 and it calmed it down considerably. Super ?

I went + 1 on the front and - 1 on the rear to keep the axle in the same spot.

Your bike will still stay with him, if not pull on him, up until around 80 though.
Z900 is still a fun bike. I had lots of fun on mine when i had it. Obviously the ZH2 makes more smiles, but a z900 with exhaust and tune is a blast

Great performance but is it worth posting the speeding dial. I mean I love it but if it would be the UK they'll track the video and the person and send you a nice fine or lose your licence. Guess it doesnt matter in the us but just looking out for ya. Keep safe out there.

Would the tune be alright if i just want to cruise in the highway or street. Not really into full throttle type of riding.
I would just keep it stock. I'm 270 pounds and yank on the throttle it comes up with little effort in first three gears. Me personally I wouldn't put tune on unless I got a stretched Swingarm. I've tried to to drag race it once its a pain and that's coming from a guy who races a stock wheelbase ZX14R, its much easier to control
The owner of the bike is a newer rider and very tame with the gas. Not only does he love it now (227 ho), he's asked for our latest tune (241) ...
Why even tune it? They're NOT slow bone stock.

@Anjoe, we will not produce anything titanium for the H2's as even our best automotive high temp titanium would not stand up the H2's heat. All of our H2 exhausts are high temp stainless for this reason.
