Speed Phenom Awesome Video I think it's awesome that Chevy invited you to test out the All New Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison and I think it looks like it handles Off-roading with ease
Colorado zr2 specifically the desert boss could've been the direct competitor for ford raptor and ram trx. The styling is aggressive it just needs a zl1 engine haha. I like this truck it's the right size not too wide perfect for a daily vehicle
Correction, the Colorado was 1st introduced in 2004. I had one, a year 1 model. Gen 2 came out in 2015. I can't confirm when the ZR2 1st introduced in the Colorado but the S-10 and S-10 Blazer both had ZR2 versions in the 90's.
Glad to see smaller trucks getting increased capability. Hopefully manufactures will start offering more vehicles in smaller sizes but without reduced content. Let the market decide what size it wants instead of hamstringing the vehicles by offering much smaller engines (as long as they fit of course), less amenities (I'd like them as options so I don't pay for content that I don't want). It seems to be heading that way and I hope it continues with even more parity.
Is it reallt worth paying 13 grand more for the colorado zr2 bison pver the niemsl zr2 model? Could one not spend about 7grand on zr2 to upgrade to bigger 35" tires,aev bumpers and full underbody skid plate pkg?
This is the first truck Chevys made that i think looks fantastic. If that thing had a V8 its seriously be a Raptor competitor. Supercharged v8 and a Raptor R or TRX competitor.

Man I want this truck, but at over $60k, I just can’t, it’s too much, the old bison in 2021 was around $55k, ya it’s adding a little, but not worth $11k over the regular ZR2.
Don't know what the odds are gonna look like, but the market sales will definitely be watched, the competition needs to wake up and take notice, Cause General motors and Chevy engineering, you know they have all the bases covered, I'd like to say, I think of the Chevy Colorado ZR2 bison as strong as American patriotism, grab the competition by their throats and make them drop, go for the juggler, fighting strong just like the military, one heavy WARRIOR 😎👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
This truck needs a bump in HP. Should be 350-400hp to stand-out from the lineup and compete with Ford Ranger Raptor. Btw, Bison has a 38.2 degree approach angle, not 37 like stated.
LOL. I am 61 and will be buying this truck. Have a JK on one tons and a turbo RZR now. Don't think old guys don't know how to have fun. Main differance, we pay cash for our toys:)
Im considering this for a family vehicle. Do you think there is room for 2 car-seats in the back? Two kids? Two teenagers? Two adults? How much room is back there 😂
it would have they could have made some adjustments. who wants to lose the bed... you put shit in it like coolers etc etc camping gear. idk to me that was so poor .. ugh now gonna have to think about getting just the zr2 guess save about 15g reckon that is good or 8g

I recently bought a ZR2 & will be running 35s soon. Looks good with the larger treads & bed mounted spare. 👍🏻

Before the ZR2, there was the S10 Baja. My brother has a 1989 S10 Baja and it's badass!

What competition are you talking about? Tacoma has been the king of the midsize trucks since its introduction back in the 80's.
