A fight should result in immediate removal from the ship and a lifetime ban. Let the fighters figure out how to get back home.
And when I say immediate I mean immediate
And get the police involved!

For sure.

no longer stereotypes. most if not all the fights involve blacks
Have to agree
@@joeyg9334 that is not true, idiots come in all colors and I have seen plenty of fights between whites at bars
They should be confined to their rooms, put off at the nearest port, fined, and banned for life. There is just no reason for that kind of behavior.
That's what I said put off the ship if possible
I said the same thing.
A believe a fine is justified no need for banning for life, their not criminals, you need all the specifics before banning from cruising
@user-ub8fn5ek5u the specifics were shown in the video to justify banning.
Don't even wait for a port. Walking the Plank worked back in the old Pirate days.
The only thing we are missing is a crowd shouting “Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!”😂😂

Sheesh, the "blacks"
It’s the Hood on the high seas!

😂😂😂😂
🤣
I know that’s what I said!
One day as black Americans we are gonna be forced to have a conversation about ourselves without deflecting, blaming others, and playing victim and this is a conversation that a lot of us are gonna be missing for. We can do better than this
We do a lot of deflecting
The type people that are open and willing to have that conversation are not the type of people that are in that video. My family doesn't behave like this and none of the people I grew up with behave like this, and I'm AA. You can just never tell who's willing to act like this. It's so frustrating.
I've been willing to have the conversation with black people in my life and most call me a sellout and white man's bed wench (even though I am not with a white man).
Well said
Well, don't do it on RUclips! This website hides from you any kind of honest talk about what's going on.
This is definitely not a Carnival fault. Place the blame squarely on the idiots fighting and they should be put on a no cruise list for all cruises.
Explain the Carnival phenomenon then....
@@raymccarty4612 The people they attract to their cheap weekend booze cruises?
@@raymccarty4612 Carnival is historically the 'entry point' for US cruising and they have a lot of ships and specialize in wild, partying routes (not cruises in the UK, Europe, etc.). But they also do some longer sailings and AK sailings, and those don't have fights. And even if we see these fights every week or two, we don't see clips of the tens of thousands of Carnival passengers that are refraining from fighting. It's a statistical rarity.
@@monkeyb1820 I think it has more to do with the statistic of proximity to cruise terminal
@@raymccarty4612People just get too drunk. Same thing happens in bars and clubs. Bunch of idiots.

Too funny 😂😂😂😂😂
As a black man. I am so sick of sensitive @ black people who can’t control their emotions and always ready to fight no matter when or where. It’s crazy to me. I see this $ too much, and it’s a complete embarrassment. I have been on Carnival and never felt I had to fight anyone for any reason.
Sorry, but as a white woman I just never see this with all the older people I sail with on Cunard and P&O. I’d tape and upload a fight if I saw one though, regardless of the demographic.
Just another Carnival Rumble in the Jungle.
I’m black as well and society tends to post us doing these things more than others (including fellow blacks). I just came off a Carnival, majority black and had the time of my life with zero issues. Use good old RUclips and tic tok and you will see all races doing this foolishness on cruises also. The facts is just some folks simply can’t hold alcohol and act a fool, like these folks were doing.
Don't let it embarrass you its not you and not your fault.
@@MicrosoftWest They post what they see if the people were white they would post it.
Can't take some people no where! Lack of home training.😢 Thank you for throwing them off and banning them from any other cruises.😊
Exactly why I stay away from the older ships & cheap fare sailings. They always attract ppl who don’t get out much.
I love the older Carnival ships and have been on Paradise about a dozen times. They have unique and overwhelming styling, are well apportioned for their entertainment and much more 'elbow room' than the new MegaShip cattle cars with grey pools, stinky saunas, lines everywhere and dirty! The older ships also have the best crew to passenger ratios and are designed and ran to minimize over crowding. I'm lucky that I live in a city where only smaller ships can get under the SkyWay bridge.
@@drewodessa2483I’ve been in Paradise. Bartenders were not very hospitable and the ship was outdated. Big ships are so much better, you have no sense of how many people are actually on the ship.
Yup cheap prices bring cheap mentality who don’t know how to act when they’re out in public. Same thing with Vegas. Pay a little more & stay away from the “riff raff”. Can’t afford it? Then stay yo ass at home then.
This is a 100% true statement. No older ships, no short sailings, that crowd is not for me.
😂😂😂
The blame should be on the folks acting like fools, not the cruise line....thousands of people go on Carnival ships and act right...then you have these out of control fools
I hope every last one of them get banned.
Ah yes…then the next group steps up to the plate
They got banned and fined. I hope they were met by LEO on disembarkation.
Probably Trespassed from cruise lines @@bethdavis6863
I saw someone comment who was on the cruise say that this was a group of teenagers. They look like it.
Parents get MAD when folks make comments about kids on cruises and parental responsibilities.
I cruise a LOT and just like everything in life things are WAY different from 20+ years ago.
Parents use ships as babysitting for ALL ages.
Teenagers often hang out around the pizza area and the club. They are totally unsupervised. I have walked up and stopped fights, a group playing spin the bottle (group of older boys 15-18 trying to talk to girls who looked 12-14 to kiss, my wife fussed at the boys and told the girls to come with us, my last cruise I walked near the serenity pool area and stumbled upon groups of teenagers partnered off and each having a kissing fest - it was like 3am.
I KNOW this can happen anywhere but I think the parents carefree "idea" rubs off and kids are roaming around often late at night, just something they wouldn't do back home.
I know you have to be careful now a days breaking up a fight but it's annoying to see adults/men filming this and not trying to stop it, call security and making a joke out of it. More worried about the likes and the hope it would go viral.
I agree with poster. Increasing the fine to at least $1,000, lifetime ban for the parents also. And security should be in this area. They should have different color cards for children under 18. Loud, glow in the dark. If they are out they get escorted back to room, parents are fined $500 per person that kind of thing. Nip it before it gets to this point.
Completely agree with all you said. It’s so clear they are young. If not teens then very early twenties. Another post had the comment section full of “The Usual Suspects”. They don’t see they’re a bunch of kids though being stupid.
They should be banned from cruising!
Cruises is for people who know how to hang out with other humans 😮
We have booked our first Carnival cruise since 2017 and we stopped sailing on Carnival because of a brawl that almost broke out in the main dining room at the table next to ours. I hope that we have an amazing cruise and do not see anything like this on our sailing. I have never on any of my cruises been at the point where I felt I had to fight someone. Being on a ship is my happy place! Most of the people I meet are awesome and I have made many lasting friendships on cruises. There is no place for behavior like this on a cruise ship and anyone that participates in a crazy brawl like we just saw not only needs to be banned from Carnival or whatever cruise line they were on they need to be banned form every cruise line!

Need i say more. If they werent on the ship do you think any of these stupid ass fights would be happening on board, in fast food restaurants..my gosh even IN FRONT of their kids at chuckie cheese!! Carnival might want to consider doing a quick background check at the time the reservation is booked. If you have a "record" reject the booking.
That is not right. Some people have a record because of being set up. Some have a record for actually doing stupid BS. The point is not all people who have a record are guilty. It’s still not an issue for cruisers who aren’t hanging around in the wee hours of the morning when they should be in their cabins.
I respectfully disagree. The ships don’t have curfews and they shouldn’t. People are on vacation and should be able to hang out as long as they want without being confronted with this type of behavior. Unfortunately, these are grown people bringing their mentality onto the ship. Another unfortunate is that this is not an isolated incident. These types of behaviors take place at all times of the day. My thinking is when will these types of incidents end with someone losing their life over something stupid.

Me and my wife went on our first cruise last week for our anniversary. Went wen aboard Carnival Glory. We enjoyed ourselves up until the last day we caught covid🤢 still recovering, but we said we don't regret going and plan on going on another one
After cruising Carnival for 20 years, we have jumped ship to Princess. Our last Carnival cruise we got squished in an elevator by drunken family reunion cruisers who I thought were going to start throwing punches in our direction. Scary and intimidating when you got nowhere to escape to protect yourself. It has taken nearly four years to convince me to cruise at all. Too cheap of fares, too much booze, too little self control and no social graces. Used to be the funniest part of the cruise was people watching, now you just want a place to take cover! And I used to look so forward to a booked cruise that I watched a countdown clock everyday. Don't get me wrong, we've had a ton of fun on Carnival and I don't regret a single cruise, but I'm taking my business to a quieter environment (I hope).
I’m shocked at how unqualified those security officers looked.
This is the main reason why we will never sail with Carnival (Animal). When you have a lower price point, it attracts a particular demographic of people (lower social economic class). A perfect example was the Icon of the Seas this past week June 22-29th. Just completed it. Not one hint of problems, and it was vastly upper socio-economic demographic given the average price per person was probably 3K or above, but I don't know. Let's face it, some people whether good or bad live in a certain type of society and upbringing. Stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason. This doesn't mean everyone falls into the stereotype.
Have you seen the shenanigans on that 9 month cruise? Lots of money was spent on the cruise, but people still were clowning.

As a woman that has taken low price and high priced cruises and have been on 5 different cruise lines I have to say people are going to do what they do..people. I treat all cruises like a small city and you don’t know everyone around you so I am on guard, I’m adult so I’m not going to argue or fight with randoms, and if I feel threatened I’m finding security. People are too explosive these days and I’m just there to enjoy my vacation. I personally would not video I would have gotten security and gone back to my room.
Make prices super cheap (buy 1 get the 2nd for 75% off) + ports close to hoodville (HOU, NOLA, MIA, FLL) + sell them drink packages = hood drama!! There’s levels to this - in multiple sectors - to limit accessibility/groups. When I play golf, I know what crowd/atmosphere to expect when I pay $30 green fees vs $200. Carnival has these expectations baked into their business model.
Some people have zero anger management and feel they have to 'step to' any perceived slight. These wonen weren't even drunk, smh, just acting out. If you brawl, you should be ejected at the next port and banned.
Well I guess it was as bad what are the chances they wanted attention
This occurred on the last night of the cruise, but I agree. Removed at the next port regardless of where it is. Dealing with that would be enough stress and money-loss to teach a lesson!
When we were on Royal Caribbean, two men were fighting in the pizza area😂😂😂😂
I have been on 13 cruises with NCL and have never even seen a shouting match! My wife and I, our children in there late 30's and friends love to party but have never dealt with this crap!! It is always Carnival and what is so funny is there are as many females as males!!
Even back when they temporarily lowered the drinking age to 18, and there were passed out bodies all over the ship, they didn't have fights! The cruise lines need to check the footage and ban who ever threw the first punch or equivalent.
I wonder how many passengers thought that was part of the onboard entertainment?

I loved the comic who walked about the Priceline ads where they said get a 4 star hotel for 2 star prices. The reault will be 2 star guests. Lol that's what you have on CCL.
Totally agree J. If Carnival was serious about stopping this, it would have stopped.
We were on the RCCL Allure of the Seas last October and we had 200+ people kicked off the ship for reasons including nudity in the pool and hot tub, loud music, pot smoking and one incident where a dad asked another to stop cussing in front of his child resulting in Mr Cusser getting a friend and beating up the dad so badly we had to rush at warp speed to our next port to get medical care. Many people wrote a letter of dissatisfaction to RCCL, all of whom received a form letter in return and nothing else. First and last time on RCCL.
Funny! Not fun....
I heard about this…😳
I agree with you, bigger fine!! That right there would be a slight deterrent. Then immediately removed from the ship (once in port of course) no matter what port. And a lifetime ban. They need to crack down on this! I've been on 15 carnival cruises. I've never seen any fights. Well verbal fights but I'm an old lady and I go to bed usually before all these shenanigans start.
Zero tolerance, on planes, ships, trains. You’re off, fines, jailed (if needed) and banned for life! Disgusting behaviour.
