My name is Eric and I travel with my cats, “Tara” & “Opie” in a 24ft 2002 Ford Bigfoot Class C and tow either a 2014 lifted Smart Car named “Tater Tot” or my 2012 Harley Softail Slim named “Black Betty” in a 6x10 trailer. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010.

Is the front mudflap on backwards? It should be on the rear of the front tire to catch the spray.

I was thinking the same thing...
the first thing i removed was that ugly front fender. had to tie down the rear one to keep it from raddling.
If you don't like the front fender find a suitable replacement. Water will splash up on the seat poll and run down into a small well between the pedal arms. In the winter, ice melt and salt might be a problem since there is no drain hole for accumulated water.
Yea that front flap looks a little odd there. He should ride it over a puddle of mud to find out.
You should put a air tag inside it somewhere. Just in case it gets stolen ,You will be able to track it and recover it.🤷♂️Its funny ,I think Scott and Terri of Destination Open Road,Got the same exact bike brand to review it,LOL .
I put a airtag on my cement mixer. The cops found it 3 states away in 2 days.

This bike has everything I wanted. Except rear suspension.
The right hand throttle just makes sense, versus a thumb throttle.

i prefer a hardtail frame. it's lighter and simpler, less mechanical issues. i just use a suspension seat post. suntour makes a great suspension seat post that smooths out all the bumps for me.

Happy Birthday Eric. Ebikes are a nice way to get around. I got a Trek Rail 7 a couple years ago and absolutely love it as it helps when you get up in the years to be able to keep up with the younger whippersnappers! The only thing I think the company can do better is put a lock on the bike where it folks so no one can just steal the battery. Batteries are pretty expensive for ebikes and I can see thieves taking those to sell for profit. The Rail 7 battery on my bike is key locked so you cannot remove the battery without the key. Love your channel - keep up the videos!

Nice ride! Reminds me of my ENGWE. We have 2. One with triple suspension and one with dual suspension. One has a 93 mile range and the other is in the 60s. I have a bad neck so good suspension is a must. No alarm though. Of course, everyone will have the key fob within a few years now that one has it. Happy Birthday!!

Happy Birthday Eric! I like that bike, looks like a keeper. I have an SR Suntour SP12 NCX Suspension Seatpost on my Radmini 4.. without rear suspension going over 20 mph can be pretty rough on the behind & spine. The suntour suspension seatpost got rid of all the harsh jarring bumps, made it so much nicer to ride. now my ebike rides like a cadillac lol .. nice and smooth with no harsh bumps being transmitted into my back.

I seem to recall a video in the past about hydraulic brakes on e-bikes being a bad thing. Seems like Eric had a bike with hydraulic brakes that leaked the fluid out and he couldn’t find a bike shop to fix the brakes.

Looks like a really nice bike. I totally agreed I need to have suspension in the rear. I just noticed you put the front fender in the wrong spot. It’s supposed to be in the back of the tire not on the front so that way you don’t get the mud all over you even on the website the pictures show it that way when I click on your link, it actually doesn’t go directly to the bike. It actually says that the link that I have opened the page can’t be found. I can go back to the homepage.

I'm selling mine. At 5'9" i find it difficult to mount with a trunk attached to the rear rack. I wish the front suspension could be lowered a bit.

I like the foldable e-bike... It's very motorcycle-like. Although I don't think that because of the built-in throttle, the handlebar would be so easy to change.
Something I wish they would do with ebikes is match the shifter with a pedal assist level so if you shift to a higher gear, the pedal assist automatically increases.
