    I wasn't able to join the Owner crew given the small nature of the midwest, however I will say I learned so much from this video and the rewards program one. These strategies adapt very well to square marketing. Thank you for putting this stuff out there! Jay's Deli in Grinnell Iowa couldn't be more gratefull!

      Bad reviews definitely make a huge difference especially in competitive markets where people have a lot of other choices. High review count and rating average are vital!

    I like the leave a review email and the Storytelling email ( which I’m good at).
    I already filmed a welcoming email that is me welcoming them and inviting them to watch my Tea Time étiquette vidéos before coming in to experience a unique Tea Time expérience.
    I will add your other suggestions for sure.

    Hi Adam! I'm loving the content you create so far! My in-laws own a pizzeria and I'm trying to improve their SEO and email marketing to increase sales. One question I have is do you think offering so many discounts to customers "trains" them to only want to buy whenever a discount is offered? It can be hard to shell out so many discounts to incentivize customer actions especially when profit margins are low for restaurants. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
