I had a veggie Sandwich tonight with good toasted bread, slice of havarti cheese, LPTO, bell pepper, pickle, mustard, red wine vinegar, Mayo, olive oil, and realized I don’t need the slices of meat, it was so good and refreshing
I recommend trying hummus, tzatziki or tahini instead of mustard. Another good tip is adding greek peppers and fresh jalapeno if you like spice. Spinach is a good edition too, IMO complements more than lettuce if you go the Mediterranean flavor profile route.

Nah the cheese adds flavour. Though I'm sure if you wanted to make it vegan you could either remove it or substitute it for something else. Maybe pesto or vegan cheese?

If it has cheese added, it's not a vegan sandwich. Hummus can be substituted for cheese. I've had to go vegan for 10 years now. I miss my cheese.. However, Cedars makes incredible hummus.

This is not a sandwich. It is a amalgamation of vegetables between bread. There is no seasonings, there is no sauce, the only semblance of extra flavor is the pepper jack cheese. Simple sriracha mayo would level this up by a factor of 10. That avocado also needs salt. Dry ass sandwich, 3/10.

@@OneGreatVegan maam, I’m Indian and we don’t use kala namak. That shit is for the birds. Salt pepper garlic never hurt anyone. Putting some ground of black salt on a sandwich is not gonna make it bang. Didn’t even dress the veggies….
