Yuji Nishida (西田 有志, Nishida Yūji, born 30 January 2000) is a Japanese male volleyball player.

yuji nishida is one of the best volleyball players in the world. he is left handed and too all you fellow haikyuu fans, ushijima was modeled after him. they are both left handed and if you notice, nishida plays opposite which is where you normally play if your left handed, yet he plays like an outside hitter/ace who are the most dependable or best hitter on the team. he’s really a genius at volleyball.
@Lt ay Who Td cares about toxic mfrs with stick up their butts
I see haikyuu reference. I happy :)
I watch volleyball on daily basis cause of haikyuu
he was not modeled after him, in an interview the question if haikyuu players are based on real life people. and his answer was "I have yet to base anyone off of real life players". hes not based off of him but they do share similarity's.
Haikyuu is ass lol
Nishida Yuji
He is one of the few players who transmits his energy to those watching the game. Volleyball player that makes you want to cheer more and more. Best opposite spikers !
😍😍😍
So he's like bokuto except he's an opposite
This is when Asians train their verts
I love how he's hyping up his teammates every time he scored a point
Yes 😍😍
Yea Um I’m pretty sure he’s hyping up his team because of the score and volleyball is also a mental game so yea
@@banh.mi230 not sure how to read the score cuz I don't watch tv let alone sports but I'm pretty sure they were down 2 sets lol so every point must have felt like one step away from defeat
@@zythex4385 hence that’s why I said it’s a mental game they keep each other hyped it’s like every sport you know you gonna lose or win you just keep the right headspace
The referee is really enjoying these challenge request way more than anyone could imagine
LMAOOOO YEAH HES AWAYS LAUGHING EVERY TIME THE CHALLENGE IS CORRECT
wait until world cup, thats when we'll see him at 100%
😍😍😍
Correction!! a 120%😂
You mean the Olympic Games
I agree with ya
@@wellactually21 no they're different
He is the true monster ngl he never misses to impress us 😳
Yes 😍🏐❤️💪🇯🇵
Because of him... I play volleyball.. He inspire me very much... I'm only 5:8 feet but I learned from Nishida that if u dont got Height .. U can still jump
hmm nishida is 6'1 tho

Nishida, monster of vertical jump vs Christenson, monster setter 🔥 what a match
Yes 😍❤️🏐💪
I like christenson🥰
His sets are insane. Found myself complimenting his sets more than Yuji's hits
I’m convinced Wakatoshi Ushijima got teleported from Haikyu to irl
😅❤️🏐
Stop being a weeb. You're ruining volleyball
@@Bigboibeven how the f*ck does him watching anime ruin the sport? Are you dumb?
@@jessi9020 you can keep being weebs, but we find it disrespectful when someone compares an anime character with a real person who is much better. Its cringe as well
I agree it’s slightly annoying but how does it ruin a sport lmao just let the man make a comment
Nishida is the real little giant 🔥👑❤
Wtf he is 6“1
@@timherzog5140 then he will be unstoppable beast
@@timherzog5140 it's the lowest value in the range of heights good for volleyball
@@thelegend1264 that's still not considered small
@@sayajin8773 yeah, it's not, I am 1.83 m and people look at me like I am some giant. But then again the volleyball net is 2.43 m above ground, so the taller you are, the better you can serve and spike, if you are a bit short you need to put insane effort to jump very high, I personally can jump up to 2.94 m
Can't wait to see nishida again on olympic
Yes 😍❤️🏐💪🇯🇵
Where can u watch vball in the Olympics bcuz ik the times but would other sports he shown on TV or do u watch it online?
Yuji Nishida made me enjoy volleyball more after football, the greatest player of the century. Love all his action and matches. From Kathmandu-Nepal.
Idk about y'all but he reminds me of Bokuto. Idk man that jump just is totally him
hoshiumi
Ushiwaka for me
Yeahhh
He reminds me of both Bokuto and Hinata with those jumps!
😬
the man came in at the end of the tourny and still gets a compilation video, shows how much of a legend he is already
That's why we love Japan volleyball team. ❤️
Yes 🏐❤️🇯🇵
5:40 damn what’s this mood transition
7:56 is literally the quick attack combo😱
well no shit the attack is called a quick
@@sakuhakkinen9187 ikr haikyuu fans are kinda clueless when it comes to actual volleyball
Except when Haikyuu fans actually play volleyball (I played before getting into anime)
@@50thdollar61 To be fair, the quick in Haikyuu is faster than what we see here. Its supposed to be instantaneous from setter to spiker, this clip has a small amount of lag to aim the hit.
@@edwinvargas7969 I know
This is absolutely insane to see players this good, I want to be like this one day
What a MONSTER!!! He's basically Hinata + Ushijima ,strong spike strong jump and very smart
Yes 😍❤️🏐
Why + hinata and not just ushijima
@@yuemaeve cuz he's got the jumping power and his personality is very like hinata
@@lordseal9537 I mean personality maybe. But it's not like ushijima can't jump. In fact ushijima jumps about as high as nishida
@@yuemaeve ye but in the world of real life vball nishida is short for a spiker so the jumping makes him look more like hinata just my opinion
4:55
A cut shot on a triple block is just crazyy!!
😍😍😍
7:54
This quick set by Christenson is just beautifully calculated. 💯
This guy is why i play volleyball i want to be like him and i am always fascinated of him bc he is always smiling while playing volleyball he is my idol and i just love him
He is real life SHOYO HINATA 👏🏻 woah 👁️👄👁️
No just no Yuji Nishida is like 6’1. In the beginning of the anime Hinata was 5’3 and at the end he was 5’6.
Nah, more like Ushijima.
It’s not that deep
Nishida is the best for me🏐💪🇯🇵
💪💪
Япония очень красиво играет... молодцы ребята
I watch Q&A with Yuji and he himself thinks he is a Gorilla if in animal world and i cannot unsee it. The sheer power and jump strength!
I’m totally new to volleyball, I got into volleyball content and found out about Nishida. Knowing he’s left handed like me gave me more confidence tbh
Okay but Shoji at the end with his little dance of joy XD. I love it!
Damm Nishida is a BEAST!!! 💪🏾💯
Love volleyball 🏐💗
🏐❤️
I can't believe they turned volleyball into a real thing because of Haikyuu
@@erijak2935 bro just give up lol
@@cosneanumatei5117 I'm too lazy to argue either way
Idk this feels disrespectful for the players working their whole life to just get referenced as a haikyu character
@@singhji_437 agree
@@singhji_437 being compared to a haikyuu character (that is superhuman like ushijima) makes the player seem like an insane player. Idk why ppl think its so disrespectful. Like the characters in shows are made op and irl its not that majestic. So being referenced to a said character means the player himself is amazing.
From looks of it, he is 80-90% back on form. A bit more to go... I believe he will surpass the 100%... GO GO JAPAN!
Dude is so lively... Playing in his team must be really fun
His spike gives me chills
This is a great game by both teams.
This is just a highlight of the Japan's game!!!!
me weird thought: it's funny how this English channel is supporting Nippon instead of USA 🤔🤣🤣🤣 I'm not complaining tho. i love japan team since haikyuu 😎
What does language have anything to do with that
you can see that the umpire enjoys the high level plays a little too much every time he double checks the plays as the teams request a challenge on his calls
The time of Japan is amazing
❤️😍💪🇯🇵
The world needs to know how awesome Volleyball is.
The energy is insane.
We the Indian people admire Nishida, n we suport always, longlive Nishida n his team japan,
This video is all about Yuji nishida but seriously I'm more into ishikawa... Like bro look at him he's so good. Those spike are just indescribable.
I was watching a volleyball match with my dad and were both volleyball players, he instantly said “that number 11 is amazing”
Adding Ran to the Japanese team will be another level.
4:08 he’s there tho
Só na espera do Brasil x Japão nas olimpíadas 😔✊❤️
Nishidaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!❤❤
bro this guy is a machine. Japan's secret weapon
I play volleyball in school because of nishida he inspired me and also because we are both left handed
Nishida good job 👍👍👍♥️
It can be seen that Hishida played decently 💟🔥
my Bast player yuji Nishida ❤️❤️❤️
Beast🔥
Yes ❤️🏐
Absolute MONSTER
Yes ❤️🏐💪
the reason why japan team is more interesting to watch is because they are not as big and tall as other powerhouses. strong and tall team like brazil and USA usually dont have long rally. they just jump, spike, get point. cause they tall af
