I don’t understand why this guy doesn’t have more subscribers. I just found his channel and I have already used multiple recipes. Delicious and creative! He’s also so relaxing to watch.
Yep, thanks to Kaleb now I know what tonight’s dinner will be. Took some local farm chicken-chorizo out of the freezer to thaw, and two CSA cabbages await. BTW, now I want that low-sided Le Creuset pan. That and that circular cutting board gets me every time. Love our Wyse Guide!
The older folks I grew up around always grew vegetables gardens and swore that cabbage greens, kales, helped reduce CANCER,ARTHRITIC CONDITIONS because it's a night shader, and grown in the soil, which carries healing properties! Well my grandma passed at 102, and the neighborhood never lacked for plenty of elderly men and women, y'all tell me! I love and eat boiled cabbage routinely!
Love cabbage! Ina Garten in one of her 1st cookbooks said Martha Stewart made a simple sauted cabbage dish & Ina couldn't stop eating it! I feel the same way!!
Thank you for sharing this recipe. My Dad has beginning stages of dementia and it’s getting to get challenging to make nutritious meals he’ll eat. I know he’ll eat this. It’ll be very nostalgic of his childhood.
Love cabbage!! There are so many things you can mix it with to make an amazing dish! Its not just about stuffed cabbage anymore. I've had cabbage with just onion along with the right spices and its delicious! And who doesn't love coleslaw? Beautiful cabbage Kaleb! 💞
Yum !!! always looking for a good cabbage recipe and this one hits the mark. One thing I would add ('cause I love it) is some apple slices/cubes ... thanks for sharing and inspiring us to get out and find what's in season for some delicious meals !!
Ooh, looks delish. I think I'll add in some diced apples to give it a bit of a tart flavour. And if I had some leftover rice, I might add that in too. Such a good recipe - thanks!
This looks delish! I also use Savoy for a "wrap" - whether tuna salad, chicken salad, or egg salad. Savoy leaves peel off easily, it's more tender and has a milder cabbage flavour than a green.
I litter my just made this… I ate up that cabbage I sautéed with shredded carrots the peppers a little potato, onions my favorite spices good olive oil and I really like the smoked apple sage plant-based sausage.. it's like a goulash with everything good for you in it.. It's so filling .. next time I’ll try the Worcestershire , brown sugar & apple cider vinegar ❤
Yep, that recipe is on this weeks list. I’m not sure if my family will turn there nose up at it, that’s a lot of cabbage, but I will up the sausage. Thank you for the great idea.
I am completely charmed by you and your videos! Just adore your recipes and your smooth delivery! Discovering you grow your own veggies, too. Wow! 😊 Subscribed!
Have never had just as you made...my gma and Mom added fried potatoes and bacon drippings left from the breakfast reservoir. Yours sounds delish too...now i have more options...TKU!!😊
I love cabbage so much. I could eat it everyday. I do a stir fry cabbage with canned corned beef, bacon, onions and garlic with same wilt . Add soy sauce and serve over rice. I’m going to serve this over egg needles. It looks so good. Can’t wait to try this
Did you know parsley added a pretty accent in 70 80 90 but actually is a breath pallet cleanser eating it is healthy and allows your cleaner taste buds for the next course of meal as a sweet desert!..FYI....❤
I make a similar version of this; I skin sausages and break off bit and throw into frypan. That way I get crunchy edges; more texture. It's also good if you add some pasta; any kind works and makes it to further. Yummy anyway. 😊
That looks really great, minus the sugar. I think that industrialized foods have ruined the American palate and make people so used to over sweet and salty dishes, sauces, dressings and seasoning mixes.

Oh, my German heritage is very excited about this recipe. I'm definitely putting it on the rotation. 😊

Can't justify cabbage when there's only me.
But I love it.
I've always heard cabbage helps prevent cancer . This dish is a winner , in my opinion .
MAN ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS…. DON’T YOU WISH YOU LIVED NEXT DOOR.

I love to sauté cabbage, carrots and onions with curry…it’s delicious 😋

I love the core of the cabbage! It's sweet, crisp, and tastes delicious raw. Great video and great recipe. Thank you.
Being Irish I’d add diced potatoes. Looks delish🌞

I make this often and it is so good. We like it with an apple or two chopped up in there too.
Looks so good.
With Fall right around the corner, this is the perfect meal. Can’t wait to try it!
Thanks for sharing!! Good idea sausage with cabbage. Will be making, things are so high here in Michigan, looks affordable.
Prices insane here too in western Mass.
@paulabuck5976 oh yea, rent everything, terrible, but with the lord help, we will get through it.
Looks so good!! Remindes me of eggroll in a bowl!! cant wait to try!!
Love Cabbage 🥬 thanks Kaleb 🙏
Yummy! ❤
Can’t wait to make this
Can't wait to try it. Thank you!
I wish I could shop in your garden! That cabbage is gorgeous and the dish looks yummy. Thank you!
Love this idea. It’s what for dinner tonight.
Did you know parsley added a pretty accent in 70 80 90 but actually is a breath pallet cleanser eating it is healthy and allows your cleaner taste buds for the next course of meal as a sweet desert!..FYI....❤
My dad taught me that you can eat the core. I really like it too.
My Polish Grandma got me eating cabbage cores. They're yummy!
I love cabbage
I make this often, one of our favorites. One of my gr'daughters called it a "one stop supper" when she was little.
I did a painting years ago of the inside of a red cabbage. It was really fun to do. I’ll need to make this . Looks so good.
Love cabbage and this is must try recipe for me. I usually make cabbage roll soup but this looks even easier to make.
1 of my favorite meal
I can't wait to try that one. I love sausage and cabbage.
Looks good thank for sharing
My family always threw it in vegetable soup. Love 🥬
Cabbage core is so good and tender.😂
I probably cook this once a week.... so delicious
Halushki !!! Make some sauerkraut!! I’ll make this with some bacon or hotdogs, ect butter. And some egg noodles
Haven’t heard that word in years! I love halushki! So good! My mom used to make it. Brings back memories.
You can put anything in cabbage, I add peas too. Also grated parmesan taste good on cabbage.
See how to make Polish bigos with sausage (white cabbage and sauerkraut), you will learn what heaven is like.
Yummy!
Thank you ‼️🥰❤
I'm on your page with cabbage. Great recipe!
This would be great over some mashed potatoes!! I’m going to make it!!
Different kaleb thankyou ❤️😊
Great dish. Like additional vinegar & brown sugar tip.
I will be trying this. I see an apple celery salad as a side dish. Thanks.
Love you recipes and videos, thank you!

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Love sweet potatoes!!!! Do you have any recipies of Kip with sweet potatoes or pumpkin bone treats ??? 😊
I eat the core as well. It's like the cooks bonus to me.😂
Looks yummy! Did you ever make a f/u video on your mom’s kitchen?❤
Looks delicious, I might add potatoes 🤔
If you had plenty of rain that's why your cabbage is big 😋
This looks delicious... can you use a purple cabbage ? I had a head given to me and unsure what to make with it.
I'm cooking cabbage today
I like to add a can of diced tomatoes to the skillet!
You mentioned making it vegetarian. What would you use in place of the sausage but still keep flavors bold?
What brand of cooking pot are you using here? Le Creuset?
I would love this but my husband hates cabbage 😢
Can leftovers be frozen?
I wonder if you could use red cabbage?
I do it with chunked chicken breasts also and serve with rice
I don’t usually core my cabbage.
There was no salt or pepper?.
That looks really great, minus the sugar. I think that industrialized foods have ruined the American palate and make people so used to over sweet and salty dishes, sauces, dressings and seasoning mixes.
This guy talks too much.
