Brother I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Last year when I suffered a work injury that left me immobile I had the opportunity to learn something I always wanted to so I picked up some graphites and a book called "Keys to Drawing." I learned a good bit before I had to get back to work and kind of dropped it altogether. When I came back to it I was saddened to learn I had forgotten everything, but your videos reawoke all that knowledge and taught me things I still didn't know. Today I sat down and drew my favorite animal, a wombat! And my god, it actually looks like a three dimensional wombat! Amateur, yeah, but still my best drawing yet. Thanks again!

Hope your still doing watercolor, I have struggled with watercolor painting . Kind of gave up. These drawing lessons have so inspired me, I watch them as often as I can . You are my new, while iam driving go to guy. BTW I am 61 and really love "your" style of teacher. Again , very inspirational. Thank you 😊
I love to draw my black cat. She is such a beauty and very statuesque. The only problem is that she often moves before I can finish. She would make a great pop art subject with her angular structure and coloring.

My drawings have improved tremendously in the last 2 months with these youtube tutorials: Art by Wei, Virtual Instructor, and Vinny R. With daily practice, I learned how to shade and use negative space. Try to find tutorials with partial real time instructions so that you're able to follow along. The time lapsed videos proved to be too difficult to follow.

Life tip: the more range of stuff you learn to draw the more you can kick ass at pictinary, so if ur competitive winning is great fuel

I'm never measure the object that I'm sketching. It's more fun this way.
Cartoons and animals... those I can draw super well. Ask me to draw a chair or table.... and I guarantee it’ll fail.
