Very good, clear and well filmed video. You clearly show exactly how it is done and also which tools/sleeves you need. Calm. No stress. I like all your videos, same quality. Low music in the background! Good!
Thank you very much for your video, you have the gift to explain and make yourself understood, you make it look very simple, I will get a tool that I don't have like torque levers which definitely make the work super professional...again thank you very much and I will be attention to your other videos!!
In one of my previous workplace, the company had a Mazda B2200, a rusty old piece. That was fun to drive. RWD.. But I've never known there's a Ford version. Your one is a cool lowrider at the moment and getting better.
Awesome video bud! I want to replace all the bushings on my 2001 Ford focus estate and this video definitely gives me an idea of what to expect! Best wishes to you and the family from Devon in the UK
Hello, I watched this video again and noticed that you have a nice bed on the car. Is it Raptor or anything like it or is it the "plastic bed"? (I can't find the right expression fpr it) I would like to replace all my bushings in the front axle on my 1980 Mazda B 1800 Pickup but with drum brakes. Hope it's as easy.
Hi mate, make sure you check out my other minitruck videos here: ruclips.net/p/PLof3-wBOirGHtUzwbXiPifRSqnJco9Mu_ In Part 7, I show what I used for the bed liner, and how I did the job, thanks for watching 😀
Hey Wendel, I got them used locally. But they are Lenso Road&Terrain RT7 17" The truck uses the very common 6 lug bolt pattern all trucks of these era use, so they are interchangeable. These wheels originally came off a Nissan.
Hey mate love the vid ❤ your series have inspired me to buy one of these puppies. I was wondering how you can add more power to these cars. How much power can they push?
Awesome mate, glad to see I'm being a good influence on people haha If you want more power out of the 2.2 you will need to rebuild the bottom and top end, and either go high compression (NA) or Turbo/EFI. Both expensive options, and what people tend to do instead is either swap in an FE engine from a 2003 Kia and turbo that instead, or go V8 - either 5.0 Ford or Chev LS have been done countless times. Hope that helps you get the ball rolling 😉 If you do this though, factor in better brakes and suspension. The factory setup won't handle the extra power very well. It can and has been done, but not cheap.
Nice work legend, been waiting on an update on this awesome little truck. I used super pro on the underside of my courier. Trying to post a link for some really good shocks but yt won’t let me 😅 Keep on truckin legend
Heya buddy, they are 4 FORD COURIER PC PD 2WD FRONT & REAR SHOCK ABSORBERS 85-99 HEAVY DUTY From adaautopart They are a yellow picture but the shocks are black
@@Horus_Works thank you, yeah the hood struts are a god sent 😂, the amount of times I lift the bonnet, definitely saves time. I’m going to make it go more vertical later on
Your mini truck is looking good, I was going to say to viewers to be careful of eBay stuff, especially the bolts which come with balljoints , they're made of chinesium and snap while torquing down. My courier needed every bush, joint, and steering Pitman, idler arms which was a fun job !! Where did the front bib come from ? Great vid 👍
Thanks Marty, this one is in similar shape - needed quite a few steering issues sorting out but getting there. It's a fun project. I've just got a rubber front lip extension on the front bar.
Hey mate, I found this online for my Courier a while back (the Mazda B2200 is the same car): mazdafanclub.com/download/b2200_1992.pdf This won't suit you though I don't think, but have a hunt in the forums and on eBay for a cheap factory repair manual. Some people have even scanned and PDFd these... good luck 👍
Kia ora bro, my name is George and I am wanting some help getting parts for my B2200. I'm really struggling, if you receive this message would appreciate the help
Hi George, the best place I found for parts is rockauto.com - it's in the USA but their parts are often the cheapest - even with shipping. Past that, eBay is your best bet. I've had several items posted to me from overseas. I hope that helps you mate. Appreciate you watching 👍

Yes this one was in bad shape too. I wanted to save it because they are fun to drive.
Really helpful and well presented. Thanks mate
Thanks Paul, glad to see that the vid is proving useful 👍
Liked and subscribed. Have the same Ute. Mine not as nice as yours. Thx for the vid. You make it look simple for a wannabe weekend mechanic like me 😂
That's all I am too mate - I just want to show people that working on a car can be rewarding and not that hard. I appreciate you being here 👍
Look forward to mazda/ford courier vidz. Great job

Thanks!
Cant wait fr the steering rebuilding
I love The truck you have i'm from UK by the way
Thanks Mark, it's been a labour of love. I must admit that I get a lot of thumps-up from tradies on the street.

What kind of rims and tires are those and where can I buy a set
Hi Manuel, they are 17" Lenso Road&Terrain RT7 - I got them locally in Australia, but do a search online to see who sells them in your area.
@@Horus_Works thank you I found some not sure on the offset on the rims
I've replaced tie rod ends and all ball joints on my 1988 B2200 and I did not remove the calipers for that.
Yep, can be done.
Fair point.
I wish l can send my truck to you
