This home is so charming 😍 The exterior is very eyecatching for me. The green colour in combination with the wood looks so great ❤ For the floor i would choose something different. Maybe like an greyish brown tile with a rustic look. The windows for the upper bedroom where really cool. Also the loft i really loved. The stairs were a bit steep, but i think that is something what can easy be adjusted. For people they want to live tiny, it's a very good space. It has everything they could need 😊
What a charming, compact cottage for a single person! I absolutely love some of the asspects of the upstairs loft bedroom and the design of the stairs, especially the design work at the beginning of them on the facing part! , but the railing is very scary to me, especially on the way down, having to bend way down forward to grab what's there, well that banister is just way too low and I would be affraid when bending over to grab what is there, that I would fall over from having to lean over and go tumbling down. Those stairs are quite steep as well as open. At the top of the plat form are no enclosures at the bottom, especially to the right side at the top of those stairs where you see the plant in tje background, there are not even any railings there at the edge by srairs. Across the larger area to the leftside there is only one board, and the rest is all opened to below. I would be afraid for any pets and children! I do love all the windows upstairs rhwbficw mulles together and especially the triangle shaped windows above the bed at the roofs peak! The overall look of the upstairs bedroom is beautifully designed it is the safety of those stairs and edges of plarforms I'm not comfortable with. For a tiny home, I can add that you wouldn't have far to go for a Brew on game nights with the close proximity of the kirchens fridge placement. Lol. I do like the overall look of the outside and those porches! The bathrooms are nicely done. Although the master is most definitely lacking ample closet space, especially for a couple. Even in the loft bedroom, I didn't notice any closet! Come on, this is 2024, not the 1950s or 1960s, where small closets were the norm or in thing! The kitchen area, being this is a tiny home, wouldn't it be more practical to place an island that has cabinets with stool chairs for more storage space that is so badly needed rather then a table! These are all idears to consider when designing house plans! We have learned from our five previous builds what works and what doesn't! I absolutely love the beam work in the living room space which is the type of structure my husband and I built ourselves in the.early 90s. It was a story and a half timber frame all exposes beams and it was absolutely gorgeous! It took us 5 yrs from beginning of build to completion due to the allowing of the timbers time to cure and then treating against rot. The only hiring out for the build was a cherry picker crane to lift the two main ridge roof beams, we completed the rest!
Kitchen needs more cabinets. I'd put cabinets over the stove and add convection microwave . Stairs are too steep and lack proper barriers to prevent falls. Loft doesn't have proper barriers for vent falls either.
Gorgeous decor! Just a few things, though, that I have concerns on.... Very little storage in kitchen; another set of upper cabinets would really help; and is it me, or does the kitchen seem really crowded with table in it? Also, the stairs and rails absolutely terrify me! The stair rails aren't high enough; especially going down; and the rails along the upstairs are way too low or non-existent and anything could fall under the rail to lower level. Also don't see any storage or closet in loft. Otherwise it is absolutely gorgeous! ☺
Hello Jasper Trần, I have a lot 6x20 in Vietnam and want to build 1 story 3 bedroom 2bath Wish to have little lot left to growing veg. Do you think building U or L sharp is the best idea. I have been following all your creative ideas and I been learning a lot from it. Thank you
I believe a U shaped home is generally more expensive a build with heating/AC being harder to regulate even temperatures throughout the home. Depending on the floor plan, plumbing could also be more expensive with temperature regulation more difficult. They do make an attractive home though!

Como siempre que jasper pone su magia 🪄❤ surge la maravilloso
Love it, but the building inspector won't.
Open railing on the loft, and those stairs are not up to code. US.

Nice little home but in the abscence of at least a half bath upstairs, not a home for me. I wouldn’t have an open staircase either.
@@teresal5553 thank you for your idea, I’ll keep it in mind
