Wow...I should list some of my favorites from this elegant home: -Entry area from outside is defined with few steps up, awning cover give a cozy private❤ -From front side of the house, I can observe a walkway along the side but covered with extending of the main awning's house, setting with columns. This walkway will lead me to the kitchen, smart design to keep it elegant👍 - Red bricks ground overall is a high light, it's recall my country home in Vietnam. Height of windows is also a pretty much lovely. Much appreciated your sharing ❤
There's a very nice entry and a generous sized dining room, though I'd be inclined to open it more to the kitchen and have a peninsula for much-needed counter space. There appears to be a pantry to compensate for the lack of upper cabinets. The bathroom is well laid out, but there's just the one. I'd partition off half of the huge laundry room to give the adjacent bedroom an ensuite, or at least to create a powder room.
This small house is absolutely adorable. The fireplace is fantastic. And two 👍👍 for the gorgeous windows . The kitchen is kind of small, but who cares if you can go into the living room and be by that fantastic fireplace. A person can eat but so much. I for one don't need a overly large kitchen. 🥰. Again .. I adore the fireplace, but it can be just a bit smaller , it kind of overwhelms the small room.
A beautiful design, Jasper. Well done. A two bedroom home really does need only one bathroom. I love the entry. I especially like the dining room and the separation from the kitchen. The pantry helps with storage. The only change I would make is to raise the sill of the kitchen window. The counter with the sink needs to be at standard height with room for a splash back so the window is not permanently dirty. I love the cloister effect of the walkway to the kitchen porch. Personally I would enclose the porch to form an airlock, but aside from that, this house would live larger than the footprint suggests.
WOW!! You packed A LOT into this house! I love the dropzone entry! I love the size of the family room and ALL the wonderful shelving in it. That pantry area in the kitchen (although you didn't show it in the tour, but in the floorplan at end of video) looks huge! And I really like the kitchen itself. That exhaust fan over the range/stove is a work of art...beautiful! Now, that being said, the center island could be a bit larger and permanent, not a rolling one; because that's where a built-in microwave could go, just under the countertop of it. Also, I like the side door in the kitchen...perfect if one has (land/property) space for a porte cochère, carport or garage The master suite is super nice, BUT could benefit from a much larger closet/wardrobe space. I really like the bathroom. The separate shower, yet still providing a showerhead in that fantastic tub area is brilliant. I wish there was an area to tuck in a nice, little yet efficient half bath. Any house on the planet can ALWAYS benefit from another toilet and sink! Now, that laundry room is...what a coup...incredible amount of storage space in there...excellent! The only change in there would be a top load washing machine! Great job on this charming, cozy and EFFICIENT cottage. I want it!!
Absolutely gorgeous! Great job and huge pat on the back to the design team! My favorite part is the stove hood and some of the fixtures, brass or copper? It’s hard to tell exactly but it looks great!
For me personally, I would make most of the pantry space part of a large closet in the main bedroom. There would still be enough space for pantry if you took the window out. Then I would put a large shower where the tub is (great for older folks like me), move the toilet in the space where the shower is now and push the sink down to the wall so the door could open flat against the wall. I think this would make the toilet into a water closet. I really love all the rest. What is the actual square footage?
This home is tasteful and elegant. Would always like to see an ensuite. The decorating is tasteful in muted colours - very calming. I love the wall that is just shelves for books and other objects. I know that mine would not be so colour coordinated to go with the decor, LOL! Lovely job.
This home is lovely but not at all what we are looking for. It lacks a 2nd bathroom and I’m wondering what’s inside the little door in the last bedroom on the video. A closet?

Do you by any chances have the blueprint of a similar house designs as this movie Zathura 2005 I am very interested in that kind of house if you do have in different versions of it as the inside features I think could change into more a 2-3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms house and other stuff I don't mind any improvements to make it a more stable and next fewer years good shape condition house as the modern houses people who are still living in them
Such a nice big window in the kitchen only to have the view blocked by that hideous walkway that serves no purpose. Too much dining area and not enough kitchen space. And the fact that there is only one bathroom is a no go for me. There should be at least another half a bath.
