I'd use French doors vs the sliding glass door. For just me, I'd skip the loft & put windows across the higher side to add light inside. I'd skip the tub & have a decent sized walk-in shower.
Thank you for sharing such a beautiful little tiny home with us that was decorated perfectly love the garden and everything you put together something one or two people could live very comfortably
I personally really love this! It would be excellent for tropical environments like where I live. Big porch to keep sun out, outdoor kitchen for super hot season, and celestory windows to create a chimney effect to put hot air out. I would not have the loft since I wouldn't need the space. I would make the bathroom larger and the kitchen smaller, but otherwise, it is about as perfect as can get for 1 or 2 people!
What a beautiful house! I want to buy the drawings. How much does it cost? Do the drawings include indoor and outdoor water and electricity? Can I modify the drawing if I buy it? Hope to get your reply
I don't like these CGI/AI videos because they can't show reality. I would prefer to view homes that have been actually built. The fake house doesn't look 19x19, it looks larger. Another reason for a physical house.
All those built houses have to have plans. This is a design process and I just love watching them and dreaming to one day be able to get a design for my very own one. This one is lovely. 😊
You can't put books and shelves right next to the wood stove, fire hazard. Other wise its cute, although someone might bang their head on the beam up in the loft.
The porch needs a railing (usually required by code) and sliders aren't suitable for an entrance door. Codes also usually require a second egress, and the tabletop fireplace is a clear code violation! A house this size wouldn't require a five-burner cooktop. The loft is great for the kids, and the bedroom works for us adults. Redesign the house to be code-compliant and it could become a workable plan.
Codes are not universal across states or countries. Check your local codes first. My recently constructed house by a US national builder has 2 porches, neither have railings. I would have preferred railings, but it wasn't allowed as an 'extra'. I suspect this plan was created outside of the USA. All plans can be modified to be code compliant for your jurisdiction.
I’ve lived in two homes where sliders were the entry door. My current front porch has no rails. Not required here if porch less than two feet off the ground. An egress can be a large window, doesn’t have to be a door.
@@Vicki-r4u I was in error. I checked, and the code requires a railing only for 30 inches or more above grade. My previous comment was based on a building inspector's comment to a neighbor. Although I'd have a railing for safety, it's not required in this house.
Obviously Ai generated, but a lovely design. It's a pretty little house. The loft floating with no support on the outside corner. lol. That's AI for you.
The outside looks cozy, but the inside is sterile looking. A much better interior could be made using wood. Counters are too narrow. Tile is too busy and out of place with the furniture and cabinets. The cabinets are metal - cold looking.the ladder takes up space without providing storage. Change it to stairs - move the wall back. Washing machine in hallway? And no place to fold clothes. The interior misses by a long shot. Let a woman design the interior.
Just so adorable and cozy.Perfect and I love the color.
I absolutely love this home! Everything about it is so good!
This is so cute! Love the little windows above the kitchen sink
Beautiful porch! Love the fact that there is not a rail on it. That always looks like a playpen.
To pierwszy projekt małego domku, który mi się spodobał. świetny projekt. Taki domek chciała bym mieć.
This truly has everything to be a comfortable home.
I love this house and the roofline. I wish it had blueprints that could be purchased!
Beautiful ❤
Adorable. Reminded me of my mother-in-law's small house except she could not have used the loft space. Something to consider in your next design.
There is a downstairs bedroom for the main resident. The loft would likely be for guests.
Beautiful. I would want the microwave off of the counter. It takes up too much counter space. It's nice to see a first floor bedroom!
There may not be another option without it being in the way of something else. But depends on what you want to put up with.
This is perfect! Thanks.

I agree no sliders for entrance but love it!!
Thanks 🥰
The large windows look like they don't open. Cute place.
Not sure I would like to look right into the ‘laundry’ from the living area. Very cute.
Hang doors to cover it

So cute. So cozy. Lots of great ideas ❤
At least this house has a bathtub. No ladder for me, need steps. ❤❤😊🎉💚💙💫❣️🌹💐🌳🌻Nice floorplan.❤❤😊⭐🌹🍁
Hermosa la casita, sólo necesita otra salida x detrás, x seguridad debe haber otra salida
Adorable...I want it..❤
Love it!!
I love this.
Me encanta❤❤
Cute house! I'd nix the tub and put in a shower with a bench. I could happily live comfortably here.
The tub is preferable.
@@J3rs3y_G1rl The last time I sat in bathwater was mid 90s when I got chicken pox and was required to soak in Aveeno.
Cute design but it’s a digital version not real
I am interested in knowing the color of this particular house blue green with looks like beigeish trim?
Upstairs needs an egress window otherwise perfect.
The whole upstairs would be wasted on me. I have trouble with steps. If you could redesign it as a one floor home it would be great.
What a beautiful house! I want to buy the drawings. How much does it cost? Do the drawings include indoor and outdoor water and electricity? Can I modify the drawing if I buy it? Hope to get your reply
I want the house design, how can I do that? Admin

Needs a proper front door.
Why? I like it like that.
I don’t agree. It’s so tiny that I wouldn’t want to waste the wall space. I like it without.
@@pepsiyummie1 i would like the openness and increased light of the sliding glass doors. Everyone’s different!
Maybe French doors

What program was used to generate this digital rendering?

Lovely outdoor living space but where I live, that’s only about 10% of my time.
The outside is picture perfect, now let go in…
I was the first comment 🎉🎉
I would not mind the door as long as I had a home to live in being homeless is very sad😢.
Please Yahweh, find her a home soon, in Yahshuas name, thank You Father!❤❤

The deck railing probably omitted so the layout can be better seen in the video vs obscured.

Our front porch doesn't have rails. It's probably about the same distance from the ground as this one.

Put the washer in the bedroom closet out of site and make that space a closet, needs a walk in shower.

Too much stuff.
O casă frumoasă pentru mini vacanța unei familii.
Dar prea mică pentru locuință permanent.
Not real .
Zero counter space in the kitchen.
I hate these AI generated concepts, would rather see the real thing

Sterile? I didn't get that at all. I LOVE it and found it cozy, clean and artistic. But to each their own!
I love it. Inside and outside.
Fold the laundry on the couch as you watch tv.
!!!!!!!!!!
AI generated
this is no AI, i draw it using sketchup & render it using D% Render, we cannot monitize content made by AI at RUclips
Stupid, they just moved the inside to the outside. Never work where we have winter.
Don’t like😢
