This one has an EXTRAORDINARY kitchen and dining space! Bravo! Please continue to experiment with variations on this for all your houses! I'm always a fan of integrating the dining space with the kitchen island. Public traffic should probably not be routed through the laundry room to get to the rear patio/entertaining space. However, I don't have a suggestion for how to resolve that.
I love the floorplan, it's very spacious and welcoming. I would choose a different color palette though: maybe an antique yellow to complement the wood treatment around the house. I would definitely make this place to look in the Tuscany style or French rustic.
The darker stones on the outside give the exterior a kind of frame. I really liked the entrance and the backporch. This wooden beams on the front ❤❤❤ The interior is very masculine. A total mancave, i would describe it 😄 Although the windows in the living room could be bigger, but despite it i think you are the best designer of this format here on youtube ✌️
It's a cute place, but I miss having an entry with a place to hang coats and a bench for removing footwear. It may be just the viewing angle, but it looks like the smaller bedroom gets the ensuite bath.
Like the floorplan, but hate the wall treatments. That dark gray paint is too dark & heavy looking. The flower wallpaper in the guestroom is ugly, too. I most love the living room & kitchen.
As with any internal rendering, these are suggestions by the designer for use within the space. These can be changed with the click of a button. The purpose of these videos is to display arrangement of rooms, their purpose, and the flow of traffic living within the space. Architects aren't showcasing decorations; they are providing living areas and structure. If you dislike the wall coverings, perhaps use your imagination.

In areas where they get heavy snowfalls I'm concerned about ice dams forming in the roof valleys. This is what they call a roofer's nightmare.
Which is less expensive: installing the fireplace or a wood burning stove?
The perfect 2 BR, 2 bath except for a garage 😮!
Porque tanta puertas al exterior ❤❤😅😅😅 8:18
Gray is so drab.
This quaint home is okay. Too much wood and it’s also a bit dark, for my taste.
