- Hi, we are Kiki and Leon & we currently live off the grid in Jake and Nicolle's Yurt🏕️
Before we came here we travelled with our campervan through Canada, from the east to the west coast and up to the beautiful Yukon.
So it was definitely time to be back on the road!🚐
In this video we show you the beauty of Vancouver Island🌄
Our highlights were San Josef Bay and Grant Bay!
But also the Horne Lake Caves, the numerous waterfalls and the nature in general were stunning!....so all in all it was a very exciting trip!

Such beautiful scenery. The lake was like glass, and probably a bit cold... You must have been editing video for a while as you do a beautiful job with the camera and editing... Great drone fix! I am on my fifth drone, but have only broke one. I maybe could have fixed it, however I sent it off to have one of the arms replaced.

But unfortunately we saw a lot of cleared forests, especially when we drove along the loggingroads…that‘s a pity!
NY has a whole lot of forest, maybe not as many evergreens but the deciduous trees in the fall surpass the PNW for sheer beauty.

Only 4,5 days for about 60km in an ambitious profile. And then I was picked up at lake Bennet by a bushplane. Returned with the plane to Whitehorse. Was one of the most magical things in my life. Had 23kg on my back, B/C-boots (HanWag Yukon) Backpack was the heavy Fjällräven Kaijka 75. Was the first tour in June (layers of Merino, Merinosocks from light to superheavylong. Lightweight rainjacket and trousers. Can tell you more if you want to prepare.If I know hot to handle it, will/can present the photos in YT. But no matter, when or how you go this trail- you will burn more energy than you eat. 😄LG Chris@@Intothewild-kikiandleon

Please refrain from leaving graffiti in these beautiful places. Practice leave no trace camping. Otherwise great video.

But in this case all the other rocks around have already been painted… it was part of the magic of this place✨
Disappointing to see graffiti in wild spaces. Please rethink and always leave no trace. Even if the ink is washable if others see it encourages poor behaviour.
