60X doesn't have 4K 60fps.
Only 1080p and 1440p 60fps.
Recorder switches the option from 4K 60fps to 1440p 60fps.

Is this to record phone gameplay and then transfert it to the pc to put on RUclips for exemple?

No, it would be nice but phones have a screen record feature so it would be captured on your phone, crappy or not, so it would be unnecessary and then the phone companies could prevent that (Apple…) from being used due to a software update. The internal one is for computer and camera capture. The external one is a game capture card. Hope this helps

I hate when creators don’t respond to comments but for you my friend depends on your streaming pc, if you are using a laptop or Mac go with the external (I use this)
If you have a window pc with a free Pcie slot go with internal.
