Thank you to Riders of Bridgwater. Their website is www.ridersmotorcycles.com Авто/Мото
Quickshifter & autoblipper is standard on the 950 model post 2021 👍
Nice to know, thank you.
I have owned a 2017 S model for 6 years and covered 15,000 miles on her and done some long distance tours where she's been comfortable for all day in the saddle, I've added a decat Termignoni to enhance sound and looks, she's definitely a keeper my ideal bike. Cheers DSR
Glad to see you are riding it and not keeping it as a trophy stuck away in the garage. Bet it sounds good with that exhaust on 🤙. Ride safe.
What’s the service interval for this bike ?
@@SG-rp3ft can't remember exact mileage as I get done annually but its reasonable, the belts should be done every 5 years and valve clearance at 18,000.
I've had 4 or 5 superbikes, but I've never been uncomfortable, not once.
I drove my 636 from Chicago to Atlanta Ga last summer, I was fine.
You’re my hero baby
How tall are you?
@@krzysztofwrona6209 5'9", so not short but not tall.
Absolutely gorgeous bike in white but wish it had the V2. Those vibrations from the Testastretta engine gets old. The higher grips make a huge difference for cruising. I'd buy one tomorrow with the V2 and cruise control.
Zoe was really considering this as the next bike for her. But she’s now moved over to wanting the v2 Streetfighter.
The SF is surprisingly comfy for a naked bike 😁. And it’s got the better engine.
Well-rounded review. I currently own an RSV4, but I am considering swapping it for this Duc. Should be a lot more usable on the street. Thanks for the great summary of the bike.
Thanks mate, glad you enjoyed the video. I had a tuono v4 and that was still a very aggressive naked. I can only imagine what the RSV4 is like 😁. You’ll enjoy the Ducati 🤙🤙
You will 100% regret it. Your thighs will get 3rd degree burn when the weather is over 85F. Trust me you do not want this bike lol. If I could turn back the time I would've went for the RSV4 even though it's very plastic-y. The only good thing about this bike is you get to say "I own a Ducati".
@@bella_testastretta I've always been interested in the heating issues that ducati owners complain about. I heard that it's particularly bad on the panigales since they're full-on sports bikes that need to be pushed. Would you say the supersport is as bad as those? And if you added heat shielding on some of the parts would it help? I'm curious because it's a big issue that's pointed out with every panigale review but not so much on the street oriented bikes, particularly the supersport
I've never seen a ITACUD motorcycle before! Why do cameras do that hey on selfie? Enjoyed the review. This or a Triumph Street Triple RS? Would need to ride to see if the the Duke is comfortable enough for my 50 something body. I used to have an old CBR600FV and they had raised clip ons on a sports bike and was comfortable enough. Do you know if it's similar to the old honda? Would love one for looks alone.
Took me a while to work out what you were trying to say :). And yes, it's down to the phone and whether im using the camera on the back or the selfie camera.
Im yet to try out the ST RS so I wouldn't want to guess mate. Both cracking bikes to look at :)
The rev limitter at 3000 RPM is when in neutral, NOT with cold engine.
aye?
@@DSR1YT Jupp!
Nice review mate!without doubt ducati make the prettiest bikes imo!im past all that head down arse up riding though!😂
Me too mate. Me too 😁. Zoe would have one though. Though she is a few years younger than us 🤣
@@DSR1YT women seem to fit this type of bike quite nicely!
Excellent video
Thanks mate, glad you enjoyed it.
@@DSR1YT Videos from your channel and the one below have helped me clear my purchasing decision to go in for the new Kawasaki Zx4rr as a daily ride to office bike ! Thanks for all the effort you have put into your videos !

Hi, nice review
Thanks for watching
I love this bike
Zoe is still tossing with the idea of making this her next bike as well 😁🤙
This bike is beautiful but considering the sound on the Zx6r it’s hard to choose
Whack a nice exhaust on a ZX6R, id put my money on that :)
That Nissan Frontline crappie truck commercial the driver not even bother to use signal, totally like the low end ones.
aye?
This is between the v2 panigale and the v2 streetfighter in terms of street comfort to racing performance.
Which would you pick then between these three? My money would be on the SFV2.
@@DSR1YT I'm I panigale person, but my second option would be the sf
Nice review. Question; is it your accent or do all Brits avoid the letter “t” sound?! Li-ol, thro-ol 😮
Haha probably just my accent mate. Depends where you are in the uk there are some dodgy accents. Specially the further you go up north 😁🤙
Is that Riders in Bridgwater?
Yes it is mate.
The Ducati seems an incredible bike, although not quite as good as the Honda 650R,😜, an excellent machine. I hope you both have a great festive season. All the best 🎄🎅
Morning David. Happy Christmas to you too. 🎄🎅
The Honda beats all bikes ever made. Ever. 😁.
Honda 650R better than a Ducati 950S. Right. On opposite day.
Sassy 😁🤙
Is the seat height comfortable for a 5.4 ' person?
Zoe has also tested this and she is only 5’5” and she really enjoyed it. She did find she was laying over the tank a little bit. But everyone’s different. She might just have a short torso 🤣🤦🏻
@@DSR1YT 😁 thanks for the guidance.
Are you not on IG anymore mate?
We still have our account on there yes mate. Dsr1yt is our IG handle. 🤙
So for the best of both worlds get a streetfighter V2?
Luckily I’ve got a video coming soon where I’m on the Streetfighter V2 and I’m comparing it to the SFV4. Which is the ultimate winner 😁
@@DSR1YT of course
Street fighter has no wind protection tho
@@ll.7927 you can always add an ugly windscreen 🙃
Just do some more push ups and you’ll be able to hold on tighter 😁🤙
Instead of this bike the ninja 650 or zx4rr is better - this bike is a maintenance nightmare
Zx4rr is better ? Can you explain why, what year SS950 do you ride
I really enjoyed riding the ZX4RR, but I wouldn't say it's better than this bike.
I checked out a used 950 2022, should I avoid it till next update/refresh?
@@_TrueDesire_ Its down to you and your situation, im not sure when the next update will come and then it will be a new bike cost vs a second hand bike. I much prefer this model update over the last one before it, headlight section is better looking and the fairing has some small tweaks which improve its look IMO.
@@DSR1YT I checked out your 4RR review but it seems to have a more "aggressive" position? The Supersport 950 seems to suit me better in that regards, I want something I can travel with for 2 hours straight, and then do another 2 hours back home. And it looks so good!
I'm thinking of saving up for a 2023 model instead (it's just €1000 more as a used bike), in that sense it should very much so have sorted out any early issues from the 2021-2022 models?
I'm getting closer to 40 by the minute, but I don't want to give up riding even if I have several injuries , the back being the most problematic ☺
