    This is probably from February 19, 1988, judging by the lead story and the mention of then-ongoing Calgary Olympics.

      johnnysama That is actually from February 26, 1988 stemming from the video shown in part 1 from the opening of Washington Week in Review opening. I read the date wrong from your comment at first.
