If I remember correctly my (pre-recorded) Civil War tapes from Pacific Arts had the standard GM funding announcement which mentions GM's several divisions. I think that was used at the beginning of episodes, whereas the funding announcement which mentions GM's many employees in dozens of countries, as seen here, was used at the end of the same.
