Whirligig Base for the Umbrella Girl

Building the base and installing the Umbrella Girl Whirligig. I wanted a tall base to bring the whirligig over the top of the mailbox. There are different ways that I could have used to attach the whirligig to the base but I chose to use threaded rod this time. I will be exploring some other methods in the near future.
