Charley Hutton Finishes Fourth Ridler 1939 Oldsmobile With PPG Envirobase

There's no denying that when it comes to finishing winners, Charley Hutton of Charley Hutton Color Studios has the Midas touch. At the 2016 Detroit Autorama he captured his 4th Ridler.
This years 2016 Ridler winning build, a 1939 Oldsmobile Convertible, was finished by Charley and his team with PPG Refinish products.
The car was built by Customs and Hot Rods of Andice for Bill Thomas.
