  • This video will go over some treatment ideas and exercises to help with CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME. The source of pain is likely compression of the median nerve inside the carpal tunnel. The median nerve is responsible for motor and sensory information to the hand. When it is compressed numbness and tingling usually occurs in the first 3.5 digits of the hand in addition to some hand weakness.
Within this video, I go over some self test to help identify carpal tunnel. The clinical tests are outlined below:
    1. Phalen's Test
    2. Tinel's Sign
    3. Carpal Tunnel Compression Test
    Treatment
    1. Neutral Splint
