Always bet on 1:500 levarege but newer more that 1-3% of capital. The higher the leverage the smaller the position size. Leverage is just an instrument which we need to know how to use.

Why in financial markets they use this odd notation EUR/USD meaning dollars per 1 EUR? I read it "Euros per 1 USD". Like in km/h (kilometers per hour) and all other similar measures.
