Ah the distinction between a winning trader and a losing trader explained by him in the end is literally what makes or breaks you in the market. I learned this the hard way. Even though it sounds really simple, it takes a lot of time and dedication to implement this mindset when you have positions open. Trading is all about mastering your mind, rather than making perfect predictions and applying a thousand different statistical principles. Simple risk management rules and great psychology will get you farther than mastering thousands of textbook patterns and technical indicators.

The simple moving average trend line & the exponential moving average. He says that he uses the 21 day, the 55, & the 81 day ( you can set the days on your trading charts)
