I know I'm blessed if not I wouldn't have met someone who is as spectacular as Mrs Cassandra Roberts
I found it helpful to take screenshots of all my trades (wins and losses), post them in a word document and type out the process of that trade. I’ll add trend lines and arrows and even circle things on the chart. This really drills it in to my head so I don’t keep making the same mistakes. It also refines my trading strategy because I see what’s working and what isn’t.

yeah I make a slideshow every morning on premarket thoughts, today, yesterday, and tm analyisis, my plan and scenarios, my thought process and trades and after day analysis
I have just startet doing the same using notion. But i make drawings and comments on the chart inn tradingview and then downloading into folder inn notion. Its crazy i did not do this from the start 😢

New 61 yr old sub here. As a retired (at 48) business owner ( producing and managing 4mm per yr) I can say that this young man has it down. He is successful because he is methodical and pays attention to the "boring". If you don't know your numbers and methodology you will not succeed. I have taken the last 13 yrs off in order to be with my three kids as they traversed school and their teen/young adult yrs. Love the video as always, I guess for the most part I have my signature trades, entries, and exits down, and my market has been forex. I have been really good at getting over my trading demons, I feel another thing I need to discipline myself with is journaling, I already mark up many charts but to take a step further and journal how I was feeling or what I did wrong would be a plus. thanks again for a great vid Umar!

Very nice video me myself i do it the oldschool when journaling my trades by writing them down on a paper to keep track on my data, its like doing homework you hate to do it but it will improve you faster when youre taking it serious, especially when its something you really want to become in the future.
