Let yourself figure out what you really want in this life. Your desires are responsible for the expansion of this universe. You are forming preferences all day every day regardless of whether you are conscious of it or not. You have most likely learned that life is not about what YOU want. It's about making other people happy. And so being honest about what you want may feel risky to you at first. It may even feel like a fool's errand. How to Discover What You Want video:
- Begin to visualise what it might feel like to have the answer.
- Pay attention to your internal monologue that’s in a panic mode that continues to reinforce the idea that you don’t know what you want. Shift those thoughts to potentially knowing what you want. Shift those thoughts to letting go of the need to know. Because you can’t get this wrong.
- Play the game of what don’t you want. (hint: a feeling of resentment or resistance within you)
- Then play a game of opposites which might not be the most obvious.
- Take time to figure out why things really bother you.
- Begin mentally playing out how something could change.
- Ask yourself: “What would be better?”, “What would be better than even that?” (until you get to what seems like the best possible scenario for you, that’s what you really want)

- Play a game of no limits, pretending that this universe could become exactly what you want in the best case scenario. (hint: recovering a sense of abundance)
- Take out a paper and write down “I want…”. Now with the hand that you don’t usually write with, write it down without judgement.
- Ask: “If I could do or be anything in this life, anything at all, what would I want to do or be?”
- Then: “Why you want these things which you’ve discovered that you want?”
- Make a list of everything that makes you feel good, that makes you feel passion or joy. That will move you closer to what you want, because your purpose is always in tandem with what you feel joy and passion doing.

- Pay attention to your feelings of envy. This one is also a good indication about what it is that you want.
- Pay attention in your environment, in your world, for those people who looked the most happy to you.
- Taking an action, such as trying something or jumping at an opportunity that at least feels a little bit good or a little bit right, is energy moving. Once you get that energy moving in the right direction, in any direction, you will be able to have it become much clearer what it is you don’t like and like.
- Don’t get yourself wrapped up in the idea of mistakes. You really can’t make a mistake here on this planet, because everything is ever-evolving. There is nothing you can’t change.
- You must also allow yourself to ask the question “what do I want?” and allow the answer to change. This universe is designed for expansion. So, what you want one day may not be what you want the next, and that has to be okay, if you want to live a happy life.
- We can’t ever see the finish line, that is because the finish line never stays in one place. You will never get it done here and you can’t get it wrong.
- Source does not stand in a space of perfection that you are now trying to catch up to.

- ‘How’ in this universe is not your job. What if the universe knows better for you, than you do, how your happiness is going to come to you. (hint: explore a level of distrust within you)
- Saying “all I really want in this life is to be happy” is the goal which will enable all necessary conditions of your life to fall into place. This goal is the Holy Grail.
- Making an enemy of desire is not aligned with the nature of this universe. Desire in itself is not what is causing you to suffer, it is the fact that you don’t think you can have what you want.

The mistakes we make are the ones that hurt our potential as real children of real Heavenly parents. Let me help you understand. We are mor than a physical body. We have a spirit inside our bodies. Our spirits existed befor we came to earth and got our bodies. Why call Him Heavenly Father unless He is. Also you could not develop faith if you new everything and if you new everything you would be a God. You are not a God but nearther is a baby an adult. You see the purposes or essence of life is growth and to become and to overcome. I am only one and the Father of my children but that does not mean that there cannot be more fathers. The same is true with our Heavenly Father He is only one and the Father of our spirits before we came to earth and got our bodies. He is our eternal Father in heaven. You see we all lived as real spirit children of real Heavenly parents before we came to earth. We were just spirits we did not have a body we lived as babies spirits children of real Heavenly parents. We could see that our Heavenly parents had already been through a process. That had faith while we primarily lived by sight. We could see that our Heavenly parents had a glorified body of flesh and bones. In other words they had grow up and been through a resurrection. For the calisstecticks of growth and becoming more they had gone through a lot on a spinning blue planet kinda like ours. When we came to earth they placed a Veil of forgetfulness over our minds thus giving us the opportunity to develop faith and I can see no other way. So we are here on this spinning blue planet to get a body to develop faith and to go through experiences and sometime very painful learning lesson as a opportunity to grow up and become like our Heavenly Father./ parents. I say parents because we all keep our bodies after resurrection. I can see it no other way. Love Gods love and grace it is there rather we want it or not. Love

Yesterday I realized why I’m struggling so much in life. I have been focusing on paying the bills and taking first job I found, even though my whole body have been screaming “NOOOOO” to all those soul killing, dead end jobs I’ve been slaving in all these years. There is soooo much more in this video than “getting what you want”. It’s about letting go of our resistance to love. There is so much valuable info in this video that I am committing myself to watch it every day for a week. The old running programs are so deep that I need to hear this again and again.

I've been on an adventure about life, purpose. I feel I have come to a strong belief. Live in the present moment, every single day, when you do that you are in alignment with Source, all suffering will end as you will be aware of thoughts in your mind. Have a vision of what you want in life, how you want to make the world better. Very important that what you want doesn't come from insufficiency. When you are present you will ENJOY the process to your Vision. This video also explained it perfectly. I don't know what I want, I don't try many things so I am inspired now to do more things. Life is suppose to be so joyous. When you suffer, source is reminding you, you don't have to suffer it's all in your mind.

MolecularMoonlight I am a strong activist for animals not suffering being vegetarian myself. But we have to ask, why does one go into a grocery store and by meat without regard to animal suffering? because there is no awareness, most have not seen what animals have gone through for that burger they are purchasing. Once people have awareness ( in there mind) they can make more conscious choices. Further when someone realizes how meat can affect their bodies they will create awareness. I've been asking myself "what do I want?" and "what is my purpose?" for years; I've paid other people a lot of money to give me a concrete answer, and all I get is "to be happy". That is not an acceptable answer, I feel the need for someone else to literally tell me what to do. The last person I saw told me that nobody will give me that answer, even if I paid millions, I have to find the answer by myself and in the meantime I should start taking risks. I decided not to continue jumping from one "alternative therapist" or "coach" or "fortune teller" to the next looking for the answer. This video explains why I haven't been able to reach the answer yet.

the happiest people make the unconscious process of what they want conscious
People who get what they want take the time to figure out what they want first
You dont get an answer when you ask what you want because you vibrate on the frequency of the question
When you ask what you want or you say that you dont know what you want the answer cant participate in your reality,
you are prevent them to occur by not knowing
Get into knowing first before you can receive the answer
Get into knowing by
visualize how it would feel like if you reached your goal
What might it feel like what your purpose is, what you want
Pay attention to your model log, which continues the idea that you dont know what you want
shift those thooughts to knowing want you want
let go of the need to know
Pay attention to what you dont want
and spin around what the opposite would be for you
this might not be the obvious answer for you
eg. "I dont want to be sick" --> I want to have enough trust in my body regardless what happens to it
figure out why it bothers you ---> shadow work video
figure out the details about what you like
Play out how something could change, visualize improving what you dont like
What would be better? what would be better than even that?
till you get to the best possible scenario
Instead of focusing on the details, focus on the feelings
What does your current job feel like? bored, angry...?
Identify those negative feelings
Figure out what you like to feel like excited, inspired...
Once you know you do want, focus on the direction of that
Have the guts to ask yourself: What do I want?
Most people think life is not about what you want but what you should be doing, making other people happy
Game of no limits: pretend that this universe can beome exactly what you want
Write down: I want...
Write down with your hand you usually dont write what pops in your mind
furter ask: If I could do and be anything in this life, what would I want to do or be
Ask yourself WHY you want these things that you want?
It pulls you into the vabriation of synety (?) of what you want
Come to the root desire that you want to feel good
Make a list of everything that makes you feel good, passion or joy
If you focus on what makes you feel good brings you closer to your purpose
Pay attention to your feelings of envy
Envy is a good indication of what you want 9:00
Pay attention to people in your environment that look most happy to you
this is also an indication that stands out us of wanting
Not knowing what you want makes you still, not moving
This is a good time to take action.
Dont care about doing somthing wrong, because there is nowrong
Doing something that feels a little bit good is at least energy moving
Moving in any direction makes you become clearer what you like
You cant make a misstake, because there is nothing that you cant change
Trying is very beneficial to find out what you want
Allow the answer of what you want to change during your life
We are always changing, and that has to be ok if you want to live a happy life
The finish line keeps moving with you, be ok with it
you can not get it done here, and never get it wrong

The How in the Universe is not your job
You disable the universe if you want to choose how your desires shall be fullfiled
The ultimate goal is to be happy and everything else is the how
We are afraid of making happiness the end goal because we are all pretty convinced that if the universe will make us poor then

This applys distrust to the universe
If you say "I want happiness" the universe knows how to bring you there
Happiness does look like abundance
Making happiness your goal you are not limiting the universe of how to bring that to you and it
the goal to be happy enables all necessary conditions to fall into its place
This goal is the holy grale
Instead of visualizing tons of money or people accepting of who you are, visualize what it would feel like for you to be really happy
Put yourself in the feeling space of feeling really happy and the universe will give yout things to be so
Spiritual traditions rejected desires because this kept the cast system going
Saying not wanting what you want is the goal is an expression of feeling that you cant get what you want 16:00
Desire does not cause you to suffer
to not think that you can have what you want is causing you to suffer
that you dont think you can live a satisfied life when the line is moving
When it comes to desire there will always be more desire
Closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be:
1. Understanding the minute I want something it is and start thinking myself in alignment with that, it must manifest in physical reality
2. I want the now. the minute you want now the gap closes
You can not stop wanting because wanting causes the extansion of the universe
ease up about your wants
they will cease to torment you once it becomes okay that you will always give rise to new desires once it becomes okay that you will line up with them once Joy becomes about the process of lining up with them
your desires dont need to be your enemy anymore
figure out what you really want and understand that the minute you want it you can line up with it and have it and they will manifest
Wanting is not your enemy it is a super valueable tool to your life, so release resistance to it

This is exactly what I did today. I was out for a jog and I lost my keys as she made an example of. I visualized finding my keys and thought, "no one has touched them. The energy remains in it's place because no one has touched them. I made it my reality." I found my keys minutes later. And I'm watching this video for the first time now.

That music In the beginning, it touches my soul. I am standing while I was listening to it and I could feel the vibration from the music hit my soul and it started to an feel intense peace.
This is such a powerful yet simple message. I grew up pretty poor, taught to be thankful for what I have and go to church, seemingly 3 times per week.

Thank you Teal. The simple fact that I expand the universe, no matter what made me tear up. It made me feel loved, I can't even state I fully understand what I'm trying to say here, it felt unconditional in a way that reminded me of a happy day in my childhood, something I haven't felt for over 20 years.
I want to be able to say whatever is on my mind without the feeling fear of what other people thing. I want to live a comfortable life, a life with no lack, I want to love others and make them feel good. Right now is 2020 and not soon enough I shall recieve and have all this (and still have more wants). :)
Watched this after your newest video, and when you pointed out how pursuing happiness as a goal but believing the universe will lead you to be alone or poor through it...I started laughing at how much I recognized myself. I pray often, and I try to align myself with the reality I want...but it's not news to me that my trust in God and the universe is fettered. Thank you Teal for the reminder, I will shift my attention onto trust, as well as gratitude. Through that, I'll work to stop being apathetic and dismissive towards my desires.

What she says about spiritual cultures having made an enemy of desire and if you look they are based in a caste system... kind of gave me the chills. It makes so much sense to me.
It is miss-interpretation of India veda's and systems that she is making too simplistically . In fact in Indian yogis has asked for everything and desired that from godess Laxmi so that it can be enjoyed and put to good use. Read shree skutum .They use to do ashwmedha yagay to gain more wealth. This the country where right from sexcual desires ( read kamsutra) no where in the world you will see entire range of temples promoting reaching nirvana through sexucal pleasure and ascpet of how when we move away from this desires we gain more control on ourselves and lead ourselves to moksha. Gold, jewelry, silk, luxuries ( see all the architecture) gold use to flow here and even given away as "dharma" duties for good cause. Attachment to thing, desires and people that needs to evolve to detachment. Enjoy things with detachment a paradox in itself and very difficult to understand and live by. Indian culture focuses on inner world development and so proposes detached style of living life. 4 layers of caste system evolved and misused by very India Brahmins for their benefits later and no doubt has done so much harm to the fabric of systems of that time.
I always have contradictions. One part of me wants security and stability, the other one wants the adventure and the unknown. One likes violence and can't stand intimacy and love and the other one wants to be held and loved. One likes peace the other war. I can never feel satisfied cause there's always a part that doesn't get what it needs when the other one does.

I think its matter of timing. Allow yourself to choose one. And give yourself time to experience that.. if the opposite is what you really need then there is nothing stopping you from changing that. Sometimes we dont know what we truly want until we embody what we actually dont want but thought we did.

Thank you, Teal. This insight's helping me little by little. It kinda made me realize why I keep wanting to win the lotto. Not only do I want to make things better for myself, but I wanna help making things better for my family, too -- like helping my folks pay the bills, help my sister pay off her mortgage, help start up college funds for my niece & nephew, etc.

Angela Payne Yes there arent many. but, Many children today have a very developed soul/ they havent been many times on earth. They r called indigo or crystal chuldren and came here knowing a big change could be here after millions of years. For many of them it is hard to consentrate in class being very spiritual instead of connecting them to earth in spiritual ways the system prefers to give the poison such as retalin' Many of them do not fit in. But they r here more and more and i think Teal is one of them as am i(I have been in this hell many many life times) another special person is jessica schab. They r young but they bring important information to other people . It is old wisdom that was not given by ordinary old people.
