Il pianismo del grande Arturo ha il nitore,la precisione e la chiarezza di una scultura fatta col marmo di Carrara!Tutto appare semplice e luminoso!In questi pezzi niente si puo' aggiungere,niente si puo' togliere!E il tutto vive di una vita propria fatta di Luce e Trasparenza!
Secondo me la k27 non la suonava così bene neanche Scarlatti. Il miglior pianista del '900. Inarrivabile.
Ho preso la bella abitudine di ascoltare praticamente quasi tutti i giorni Benedetti Michelangeli che suona in modo, secondo me, paradisiaco, la musica di Scarlatti e Galuppi. Mi ritengo un privilegiato perchè ho questa possibilità.
ABM ci porta in un altra dimensione. Dopo aver ascoltato la sua K27 non è possibile ascoltarne altre.

Genio aristocratico , perfetto nel gesto ,nell essenzialita' della postura . Tocco non umano, mani guidate dal Creatore .
Riesce a dare ad ogni singola nota che suona una personalità unica. Le cura e le ama una per una come se fossero sue figlie.
È difficile trovare parole che descrivano questa purezza e tanta compostezza...ascoltare Michelangeli suonare Scarlatti o Galuppi ti senti un privilegiato...le note non sono più segni sullo spartito ma colori di un divino pittore...
Le onde sono morte. Una goccia cade e mi sorride. Ora la sento mareggiare. Mi è più vicina. E lei la goccia, niente di più di un punto nebuloso ma è lei a congiurare il complotto della congiunzione astrale che dall'alto guida i giorni i mesi dell'angoscia, guida l'insostenibile vuoto per un mondo remoto, inaccessibile
Fede: Scarlatti è una scelta valida per un alunno del 5° anno di pianoforte.....
Michelangeli had the most beautiful piano hands I ever saw. He always played flawlessly.
His pacing, the way he approaches the cadences feel so inevitable and perfect. I don't feel this sense of form from anyone else

God, this heavenly, almost glassy sound, these absolutely perfect runs and trills... But then also his musicality, the subtle melancholy in the first sonata or the playfulness or the noble virtuosity of the other sonatas... It's all there , and in what a wonderful way! Never before I've heard such beautiful and moving Scarlatti on a modern grand piano.
I've been playing this for 12 years and yeah.....just saved this to realize the golden standard for this. Perfection
Domenico Scarlatti's sonatas what a treasure for mankind, another treasure Benedetti Michelangeli.
Beautiful!! Immaculate fingerwork. Perfect position of wrist, arm and body. The music coming through without contortioned face and writhing body trying to convince the audience that the player is deeply submerged in the emotions of the composer. Only the occaional raising of the eyebrows showing the pianist is WITH the music. If you listen with only your ears by closing your eyes, you can truly realise if the performer has got the point of the piece, or has missed the mark.
