I’m really happy to see Aston Martin really leaning into the sportiness and driver engagement aspect of the brand. It gives them a more unique stance in the market rather than just looking pretty, and it sets them apart from the other 2 British ultra luxury manufacturers (Rolls-Royce and Bentley) as the sportiest and most engaging option of the 3. Glad to see Aston Martin finally realizing their full potential. I can’t wait to see what they do going forward
The Valkyrie and Valhalla are both fucking insane, and the DBX 707 is about as sporty as it gets for SUVs too.
The Valkyrie and the Valhalla are the stars, but they will sell a lot of DBX's and DB12's
they dont compete with bentley nor rolls, they compete with mclaren...
@@ARKAEA33 I've heard not so great things abt the DBX in general, and the Valkyrie and Valhalla are both limited production one-off hypercars with the rest of the lineup still falling behind a bit
@@myboketv bro, wtf are you talking about? McLaren makes supercars to rival Lamborghini and Ferrari. Aston Martin mostly makes GTs and sports cars with the occasional supercar or hypercar every now and then. The 2 are pretty much nothing alike, and it's reflected in their lineups which share absolutely nothing in common. I don't remember McLaren ever making a front-engine car, let alone a front-engine GT car. Likewise, I don't remember the last time Aston Martin made a mid-engine supercar (bar the Aston Martin Valhalla)
Guys you absolutely nailed this car! The design is gorgeous! I can’t think of any other 2 door GT cars I will take over this! Good to see Aston Martin doing well!
I know everyone is speaking about the interior because that was the biggest improvement, but can we talk about the exterior? Yes, Astons have always been beautiful but this is something special. This has its place up there with the DB5. Aston have absolutely smashed it out of the park on multiple fronts on this one.

I completely agree. It's being presented as this whole new car, but to me, it's just a facelifted DB11. Felt the same way with the new Lambo - looked like a slightly tweaked Aventador.

It's just a mix of DB11 with DBS Superleggera. And probably it will be very heavy, maybe 1700kg+. The only thing different is the interior.
It's a 100 kilos lighter than the DB11.

I'm actually annoyed there wasn't a bigger change. The rear lights needed a twist to make it unique, right now it looks too average. There are average cars, like Toyota's, Jaguars and Tesla's that look very similar. I wish the car had more of a cheetah stance look with longer and sharper angles. It's still a bit bulky, the Vantage is fucking sexy but I still feel like that's missing something too.

@@ScottPC Yeah, you could tell that by the sound of their voices and how superficially they talked. Those clueless blenders distort the style and class of Aston Martin with their hollow words. Should have been more drivers like Fernando and Lance, sportsmen like Roger Federer and Tiger Woods, serious classy actors like Daniel Craig or Pierce Brosnan, businessmen like Lawrence, Toto Wolf, Mark Cuban etc for example, just to mention a few. I would have wanted to be invited, too as an AM customer. All in all, great car. Sadly the insane one-piece reverse opening hood didn't survive (propably manufacturing costs?!)However, I'm happy with our DB11 V12.

Visually, this is more of the same. Reichman is not a distinguished designer and Aston has paid the price for it.
the oversized grille in cut fries lacks class., but current canons are rather on excess than on good taste and let's not talk about the incongruous motorization from elsewhere.
