I love Mustafa. He's a loveable old guy. He reminds me of a stubborn grand father who's lived and ate off his land for years and you as a grand child decided to bring him fast food or packaged food to eat. 😂😂 He's gonna have an attitude about it because he considers it unfresh and un natural !! 😂😂

Of course Mustafa liked the Victorian food. He is a refined man of great taste.
Seeing that Mustafa enjoyed the food warmed my heart. He usually likes desserts from what I noticed, I am happy he liked something. He is used to food from his village, so these are new to him, it's amazing that he tries different things. He prefers his food but keeps an open mind, otherwise he wouldn't try so many new recipes.
First time that I've seen him like Everything.
@@you2449 I think he is very used to the food from his village, the pakistani cuisine and with food that is not very processed, that is why he is very careful about what he eats, also, he is old so he does not want to damage his health :D That is how I view the situation. Plus, even when he does not like it, he always apologises to the people where the food originated from, he thanks god before the meals, he is very modest and even when he dislikes it, he is polite and apologises. But he doesn't have to like like what we like, and part of why I love these videos is their genuine, humble, honest attitude, that I cannot seem to see in western reaction videos.

@@blrfivvuvu Not just that--in his village, he has literally grown all of the food he eats, so he knows first-hand what's in the food. It's a level of knowledge about your food that we in the West rarely have.

@@ArgusStrav Yes, clean, unprocessed local food, made by him, no harmful chemicals :D I persoanally, always prefered simple food with vegetables from my country, I think that people that live in the country side are lucky because they get to grow their food, because it is hard to grow food in the apartment. I will make sure to check the videos from the second channel since I love content with Mustafa, I think I saw a video where he cooks roti on top of fire and rocks :D What about you, Argus, do you have any recipe that people should try, from your place? :o Have a beautiful day.

Because there genuine people but extremely poor and these new things most bring so much excitement and new experiences to them

That was a fun episode. It’s Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee this weekend here in the UK. Not sure what was going on with the Chocolate Mousse because it shouldn’t have any sourness at all. It’s really, really sweet 🤔.

The trouble is that at one time, he just didn't like anything. The food in his village was always better and people questioned why he was even on the panel. Let's face it; even if none of them liked any of the food, they would pretend that they did because otherwise none of us would bother watching lol.

Also, he's an elderly man who's spent his life living in the mountains, hard working, no electricity etc. Of course for him his village is his heaven and his food is the best, grown by him personally, fresh and wholesome. Is that not fathomable? For most of us here, wether he likes the food or not doesn't matter, his kind face and wise words make him loveable enough.
@@Kay35253 Nobody's expecting him to like _everything,_ or even really _anything._ But at one time there he wasn't even trying any of the food, he'd just pinch off a bit of bread and ignore everything that was inside it. The expectation is for him to actually _try_ the things that they're supposed to trying, whether he likes it after that is up to him. In this case, though, I expect he just didn't want to be rude or disrespectful to royalty, so pretended he liked it.

At the end of the day the makers of this channel are financing their videos and don't have a problem with how much he tastes so ..

Don't get me wrong, I love Mustafa and his wisdom too, but I don't watch videos about trying food to see people not trying food. At least, though, the producers have started to not bother putting him in videos with food that he's obviously not going to even touch. Like I said, he doesn't have to like anything that he tastes, but if he doesn't actually taste it, he just a glorified mascot and not an actual participant.

I just found out that Mama means uncle in some of the languages spoken on Reactistan! I don’t know if that’s correct or not and would love to know. If so, does that mean a lot of the people on the videos are referring to Mama Mustafa as uncle? 🥰
yes. mama means uncle from mother side(brother /cousin of mother).
Same here in the Philippines, mama can be both mom or a big man (you just need to pronounce it correctly)

I'm convinced Mahoob's taste buds have been damaged with hot spices and he can't taste sweet things like chocolate anymore. Every time he says it's sour and is disagreeable. I wonder if he can realize that.
I think there were raspberries or something on top and he ate that first.
I think the mousse was topped with red currants (among other things). Those bloody berries can be really sour but done well, they can give good contrast to the sweetness of a dessert. He probably ate one on its own without a spoonful of mousse.
