"Coffee either kills the sickness or the patient."
As someone sensitive to caffeine, truer words have never been spoken 😂
My prayers go out to Pakistan regarding the floods. I was happy to find the fundraiser through the Sughar Foundation a few weeks ago, so I could help/share, from the US. The fact that you’re still willing to upload these beautiful videos during this time makes this content even more valued by your followers. We love you guys! 🇺🇸❤️🇵🇰
🇵🇰♥️🇺🇲
Drinking Laos coffee in my little village on the Thai Laos border watching friends I will never meet in a village in Pakistan try coffee, watching it with friends I will never meet in villages and cities all over the world. What amazing times we live in.....so hello to all my un met friends, your friendly positive comments on these videos show there is still hope for humanity and that we can celebrate, share and enjoy our differences as a source of strength and unity not division.
Loving kindness (metta) to all beings.
She’s exactly right! Starbuck’s DOES taste like burnt rice at the bottom of the pot! 😊
And it smells like that burnt rice too.
I think you just don’t like dark roasts.
@@tophat7735 I like dark roasts a lot. Just not ones that taste burned.
Mehboob not here ☹️
Mama Mustafa wish Allah bless you, love from Indonesia 🇮🇩
You know Mustafa really likes something if he goes in for seconds.
I sit watching this with a mug of coffee, sweetened with Starbuck caramel syrup, mixed with steamed milk.
Mama's statement is extremely funny. "This is pure poison." Also personally I like espresso the most. I like its strength.
I was raised up in a home where it is believed that harshness carves you up into a proper man. My parents introduced many needless struggles into our life so we wouldn't grow weak. I do not believe such ways are sensible, but some of it is still in me - and when I feel the day will need me to be strong, I purposefully make burnt, very bitter coffee to set me in the right mood for struggle.
😂
Mama smiled more than ever, and Ismail spoke more than usual :) good to see and hear.
As an Italian who drinks Starbucks only while traveling and other better options are not available I hope one day you will make them taste a good espresso or, even better for their taste, a well made cappuccino! They will love it!
They definitely love sweet, I think they’d die with anything stronger 😂
They would hate espresso. Normal coffee is too bitter for them
@@LindaC616 espresso can be very smooth, particularly with the foam. Plus Pike’s Place is not normal coffee, it’s incredibly bitter. They would of been better off drinking Dunkin Donuts black.
@@LindaC616 I don't think they would love espresso (cappuccino yes) but good coffee is not that bitter, it really depends on the quality, and I guess they would enjoy it better than the first Starbucks they tried here.
@@balkloth actually, Pike's is the one I go for; Dunkins can sometimes bother my stomach.
If by "foam" you mean, milk, then you're no longer talking espresso, you're talking latté or cappuccino. Plain espresso doesn't have foam
"Tastes burnt". Yes, yes it does. No matter the blend Starbucks always tastes burnt. Not enough sugar, cream and syrups can take the burnt taste away.
That explains why I've never liked Starbucks.
From not too far from the Pike Place Market (thus the name), I have to agree; I like Seattle's Best (Stewart Brothers) a lot better.
BLONDE roast is not Burnt.
@@markplott4820 it TASTES burnt.
Found the coffee weirdo.
If I’m having a fancy coffee, it’s going to be a cinnamon dolce latte. Usually about once a year.
I think Ismail nailed it. We Americans like Starbucks drinks because of the balance of bitter and sweet.
they use pure arabica beans thats why they became popular
Plain black coffee is horrible if one is not used to it ---- but load it up with flavoring and sweeteners and it becomes like a Milk Shake
Black coffee in Colombia is actually very smooth and not bitter at all. No sugar or cream required. It's quite amazing.
I am half way through the upload, Safia, and Ali, our friends will be up all night! ❤️🥰👏😂
I'm from Denmark, one of the worlds most coffee consuming countries in the world.
I believe that coffee is an aquired taste, butin many ways it also becomes an addiction.
We enjoy coffee in a lot of diffent ways, some sweet, some with milk or cream, and then there's the hardcore version : The espresso !
The espresso IS really bitter ( but in a pleasent way ).
The espresso is mostly enjoyed by coffee afficionados ( nerds ).
Personally i prefer coffee americana ( a weaker version of espresso ) But i also love mokka and the occassional cappucino.
Last I heared, Nethrland is the most coffee drinking country in the world, The Nordic countries drink a lot, 5-8 cups a day, and were on top. Coffee drinking at home, is a great tradition here, when coffee is serves with cakes and/or sweet crackers. The Swedes call it "figa"....
Mange hilsener fra Norge....
Nicely Explained 🥰
@@Lassisvulgaris Fika ;) Neugbour. Figa is a funny word in italian
@@notsureiL Takk
Too much money not enough hardship
Is it just me or is Mama Mustafa mellowing out a little bit ? Whatever's happening , I really like it .
I tend to grab Starbucks coffee beans and grind them myself in my little tiny coffee grinder (It's so cute!, think it cost me like 20 dollars.) and my go to is Pike Place.
I don't drink the coffee at Starbucks directly, because I'm diabetic and they put massive amounts of sugar in their specialty coffees. So I just make my own. The problem with places like this is they brew the coffee so strong that they tend to need massive amounts of sugar just for it to taste like something you can drink without your face puckering from the bitterness. :D
I personally try not to drink my coffee too strong. One heaping scoop of grounds, 6 cups of water. That's plenty for me. But then again I don't drink it to wake up, caffine doesn't do a thing to me. I drink it because it gives me warm memories of childhood. (I don't have many of those, sadly.)
My grandma used to call out to me from upstairs in her apartment, (we lived in the same house in two seperate apartments) when I was 12-14. I always knew she wanted coffee because she'd cry out... 'Cooooffeeee giiiirl!' :D Then I'd make coffee, and all the girls in the house (Myself, mom, my sister, grandma, sometimes my aunt and cousin) would gather at our dining room table to drink coffee and chat.
Those were good days. I don't even know why they liked my coffee so much, I literally just eye-balled the measurements. :P
I enjoyed reading your comment. You’re good at painting a picture. 🙂
I've watched like a dozen of these videos in the hour since I found them, Mehboob and the old man Spanish are two of my new favorite people in the entire world 🤣😂🤣😂
Glad they got to try coffee with milk and sugar.
Yes! Imagine people who drink sweet spiced milky chai being given black coffee and then asked how it tastes -- yes, it's bitter!
Starbucks? Couldn't you find them any _good_ coffee? 😉
Please allow them the option of cream and sugar
I love the fact that some of coffee drinks they tried had milk and sugar; most react channels that serve people coffee only give them black coffee, and so the participants have horrible first impressions and can't understand why people would drink something so bitter.
I drink black coffee, but it's definitely an acquired taste.
I thought it was just a stereotype, but Pakistanis really do have major sweet tooth!
Coffee pots on all day at my house! Cream and sugar. We drink a lot of iced coffee to...pumpkin or vanilla.
Omg, Pike Place Roast! I'm from Seattle where Starbucks originated at Pike Place Market and it's a big tourists location here❣️ the line is always really long
I love Mama Mustafa's quick wit. I don't drink coffee because I think its poison too, but many people drink it.
Amazing! ❤️
1:21 needs to be a meme
Coffee needs creamer and sugar to taste great. Most creamers are already sweet so you don't even have to add sugar. Iced French Vanilla latte is my favorite.
I can only drink cafe con leche which is milk with sugar in my coffee just like sweet chai. Yes sugar is a MUST at least for me . I cannot drink bitter coffee although a lot of people do.
I love con leche! It's my favorite. Just slightly sweet.
Hey!!! On Mama Mustafas subject of pure water, would you either have an episode where each person brews their own personal favorite tea, or have them all try fancy water or alkaline water? Meant to be the most ‘healthy’ and without harmful chemicals? And see if they can tell a difference
he lives in a tribal region of the dry rigid mountain of Balochistan so mostly water sources are water streams so he's referring to that
I like to roast my own coffee beans, then grind fresh, a little cream and a spoon of honey
I like it the same way other than using organic butter instead of cream.
I like all sorts of coffees, but my everyday favorite is Starbuck's Sumatra, ground and brewed fresh with sugar and half-and-half (half milk, half cream).
almost nobody drinks coffee without sugar, whey even give it to them?
They should let them have it black but have sugar and cream there for them to add themselves to adjust to their liking.
I love this channel and how everyone is so wonderful !
Drink all the Starbucks you want to, I am no fan of Starbitter😅
We can't start our day without a couple cups of coffee. The caffeine kick starts our brains and bodies into action. I drink mine with milk and sugar. When i drink hot tea i don't use milk or sugar.
you can say similar for our pakistani culture here ... even my breakfast is incomplete without Chaiy (Milk Tea)
During 2021, Pakistan imported 2,258,000 kg of black and green tea, costing $596 million. In the first three quarters of fiscal year 2021-22, Pakistan's tea imports increased 11.95% as compared to the corresponding period of previous year. “We have 64,000 hectares of land suitable for tea plantation.
Starbucks always tastes burnt and overly expensive and I'm a coffee addict 🙃
Depends on the roast. Blonde roast doesnt.
Try a Carmel latte. Soo good. It's te best thing in life
coffee is all i drink, and even i don't like starbucks.... (mama seems to be in a very good mood today; i've never seen him so animated)
Weirdly beautiful is a great way to describe the appeal of Starbucks 🙌
I'm praying that they stay safe from the flooding and that it becomes safe for them all in Pakistan, soon.. insh'Allah.
I take my coffee simply - with a splash of milk. But, then I like to take a peanut butter or a peanut butter and honey sandwich and dip it.
If I hadn't learnt about the way of dipping things into tea then I might never have tried it.
Green tea is also a nice drink to drench stuff in.
kopi susu (coffee milk) is best, freshly grinded robustsa coffee bean 1 teaspoon on cup put boiled water 200ml add 4 teaspoon condensed milk
Starbucks is overpriced bitter and used as a status symbol. But my main issue is that there used to be thousands of mom and pop individual owned coffee shops all over the country that were pushed out of business by a giant corporation.
Loke from Northern Norway:
Man walks into a cafe and asks: "Have you got any cold coffee?". "No". Next day, the same question, and same answer. Third day, the answer was "yes". Man then said: "Can you warm it up, please...?".
Sugar
Cream
Give them the option of tasting it in different ways
Star books lmao I’ve seen that in Sudan lmao, the more ethical option perhaps lmao
Drinking coffee and chocolate but then I've heard the tea they served and I was so interested in it 🤣 I wish I could try them tea..
Next, they will introduce the Tribal People to sugar!
AGAIN, WHY do you not give them coffee with cream and sugar?? Most people don't drink coffee black!
I like it black,.... just like my women.
Starbucks has sugar packets--why weren't these people offered sugar?
Let them try CHOCOLATE MILK AND STRAWBERRY MILK !!!
Mama is so much more happy than when he first started the show, I'm so glad everything has gone great with everyone, we really appreciate how you care for them and you two are awesome, keep it up! ❤️
You CAN NOT give tea drinking people coffee black... you MUST add 4 teaspoons of sugar and 1/4 cup cream and mix well!!! They'd most likely like it this way.
First time l agree with Mustafa : this is pure poison lol. I will add and a really expensive over rated CRAP of
coffee.
I'm not a coffee person myself and Raadha perfectly summed up the way coffee tastes to me. But as soon as you make it sweet enough? I'm hooked, much like the villagers. Seeing Mama smile like that because he has found something to satisfy his sweet tooth is absolutely precious. I would love to go to one of these tea cafés, they sound wonderful. And I would also love having Mama teach me something about tea, I'm sure he has plenty of knowledge on the topic. I'll make sure to bring pure water, I promise! Bless all the cast and the crew! Greetings from Germany!
When they didn't like the black coffee, you should've added cream and sugar and explained many people only drink it with cream and sugar.
Good black coffee (not Starbucks) with a teaspoon of raw sugar in it is my jam.
In the provinces in the Philippines, they roast (burn) rice as their "coffee".
Ah yes, the Starbucks! To think 80% of the ocean is unexplored- hurry up people! There may be a Starbucks down there!!! ☕️❤️☕️😊
Café é o preferido do povo brasileiro. Eu amo
My favorite drink ❤ so fun to watch them try different types and get their names written on the cups. What a cute detail.
Ur a cute detail ❤
@@xavieriswavier 🥰
hi folks! as a former military man, offering coffee would be the same as y'all would offer tea. being away from home, coffee would bring home back to mind. when the winter snows came, coffee like chai would warm you and on night guard help keep you alert. now im 70, so my cups of coffee are fewer, but the aroma of coffee still gives me that time to think, remember, and write it down - so others may read it.
so, mr mustafa, pleasure? addict? aid? yes! it beats my days of old with wine, and i can be respectable with a cup of coffeee, and, know what i am ddoing!
Love from india❤
They have something you can get called a Frappuccino that you can get that has no coffee in it, that is what I get as don't like coffee.
Depends on the Frap. Coffee frap does.
I wonder if the would like a mug of "British Builders tea" with milk and 2 sugar's lol
I think they would lol, can't go wrong! It's sweet and just comforting
People who only drink tea would be SOARING after trying all of this coffee
I never tried Starbuck coffee or their food.
You haven't missed anything....
Kindly try Nepalese dish as well..
You have to explain to them everybody does not drink coffee black they add cream and sugar they don't have to drink it next time just getting cream and sugar! Thank you bless Pakistan heart heart heart
Poor people. Literally the worst coffee money can buy.
I wasn't surprised they like the hot chocolate better than the coffee. Coffee can be quite bitter. I love an iced coffee. I like the coffee flavor, I just don't want it to smack me in the face.
Ahh, but have they tried dark chocolate yet? Even 90% cacao?
Did Mama get new teeth?
that looks like a huge amount of coffee you gave them 😀 high with caffeine
As a Colombian I can say, We make it better in my village
Ur content is awesome👍
Starbucks coffee would be my last resort. I enjoy espressos or freddo espressos if I want it chilled. I enjoy Euro and Brazilian blends.
Happy they found a coffee to their tastes.
Starbucks is terrible coffee. Australia and Italy have the best coffee.
Now I want a coffee.
Starbucks is more a coffee flavoured drink than coffee 😂
I like Starbucks Carmel Machiato
or I get a Latte with lots of sugar & cream. I don't like plain black coffee it's too bitter & I like my coffee's & tea's sweet & always with milk or cream or a flavored creamer we buy at the grocery store. I like Coffee Mate- Coconut Cream flavor & it's already sweet so u don't have to add sugar for those. Thank u for ur videos they always make me smile 😃 👍
This is my favorite coffee, I drink it every day, BUT you have to add heavy cream, and some sugar.
It is too strong in my opinion to drink black.
Even with only a little cream and one sugar it is strong, but very good.
i drink coffee so that i can stay up night, or when i just want to fell bitter life
I love "Turkish coffee" but it's hard to find.
Go to Turkey
@@mrexpress8002 That would be interesting but there's an Egyptian restaurant that's closer.
Where is Peer?? haven't seen him for a long time 😞 ???
Try using hot ones sauce and give them chicken Tikka to eat with them
I want to see if mustafa likes it. He hates everything. Not everything just mixed food. Lol.
I hope they didn't finish them all off camera. They would be vibrating on the way home if they did. Have a great day all. 👍
I get into starbacks for some seconds and then get out in one second you know why
I don't care for starbucks also. Here in Canada we have Tims and we are crazy for it. More crazy for this coffee than anyone else that loves coffee made for you. Tims has sandwiches and donuts also.
Starbuks is overrated.
We can make better coffee at home.
I am from from Montreal , Tim Horton and starucks use the same coffee beans called Arabica. I prefer Tim because it is cheaper and better because of they make a lot of coffee around the clock.
Watching this on a Sunday morning with my mug of hot, black coffee. LOL Although, I have to agree with everyone, Starbucks black coffee really is way too bitter! So, I use Folgers.
your taste buds are not good at all
@@tabletdoodlewithtomtdt6679 LOL SO true!
I drink Folger's instant.
Everyone had me in tears laughing so hard as they totally and accurately described the Pike Place Roast... this has to be top 5 taste review videos.
Seeing Manzoor without his bruh is weird. Mehboob where are you 😨
I never liked Starbucks coffee, especially black. You need lots of cream and a tiny bit of sugar for it to be enjoyable. Although, their iced coffees is delicious 😋
I've heard they purposely brew their coffee bitter to sell the toppings. Flavored coffees drive their business
Starbucks has 50 different flavors of coffee.
I like Carmel mocha.
Starbucks way overroasts their coffee. The only way it's palatable is to add cream and sugar.
