Let's get into the dark side! Some nice looking colours. On the basis of your videos on Roman Szmal I bought a few and ended up with 12 colours. However, I don't see myself doing the same with Rosa Gallery paints. I might try a couple though. That Turquoise in the previous video looks very different to the more green shade shown on Jane Blundell's website, or maybe my phone screen is a bit dodgy...
I'd use the Naples Rose, Naples Yellow Light and Coral from your first Rosa Gallery video, the Olive Green, Chromium Oxide, Cobalt Turquoise and Indigo from the second video, and everything from this earth video, except the Aureoline color (too strong). That's 24 perfectly muted colors for a good earth palette! However, a Buff Titanium, a dark muted purple (amethyst), and a Potter's Pink are missing for a perfect earth palette. Too bad Rosa doesn't carry these. Overall great colors tho!
My favorites were yellow ochre, caput mortuum and paynes grey.
Really like the madder brown
I like it too 😊
Some very interesting mixes here. Really like the yellow ochre and madder brown! Thanks Jay, you've been busy with this series. 🖌♥
Gorgeous shades!
The umber is a bit underwhelming on its own, but I really like it for mixing. I use it more than burnt sienna. Looking forward to part 4!
Yes! That umber is super useful
My favourite shades are: royal brown, caput mortuum, black green, madder brown and aureoline 🥰🥰🥰

@@JayNathanWatercolor Yes, they're great. Although, I'm still a Daniel Smith maniac at heart...
First?
Beat me to it 😂 🥇
