Thank you for another great set of swatches. Rosa are great for the price and they paint beautifully. If you scan your work, the few questionable pigments won't be an issue. Thanks again and Im looking forward to the earth colors.
The Sap Green is quite nice. However. I've got way too many greens already, plus I prefer to mix my own greens these days. The Turquoise is definitely more blue than green, but it is quite a nice colour. The Royal Blue reminds me of the King's Royal Blue by Daniel Smith, very nice in skies as you say. The Blue PB15 (Phthalo Blue Red Shade) is tempting. That Indigo is an intense hue, it would probably dominate too much unless used very sparingly. I'll look forward to the Earth swatch video coming next. You're on a roll again Swatchmaster Jay!
@@JayNathanWatercolor Yeah, they are handy, that's why I made a small DIY pallete dedicated to convenience greens. Mind you, according to watercolour artist Charles Evans, you only really need one. He uses Hooker's Green.
@markdonovan1540 I've followed Charles Evans for several years now. His artwork, painting style, and color choices are amazing. I think Jay is a no-nonsense painter, too. :) He doesn't muck about. 🤣 🤣
I started using Rosa a year ago and love them. Their indigo is the main dark I use in my space paintings-it just explodes across the page.
I wish PG8 were lightfast, it's such a beautiful green. Their range isn't huge, but it's nicely balanced I think.
I wish it was too. It's probably my favourite green pigment.
I was so surprised by how much I enjoyed painting and mixing with it given I'm not into greens!
So many gorgeous colors! I love this whole sheet. Thanks, Jay! 🎨

That mint is lovely
I like it too 😀
so glad to see new videos from you! I enjoy your swatching series!
Thank you 🙏
As per this group of colors, I like Green (PG8), Aureoline Green, Cobalt Blue, and Blue Indanthrene
The shades are very beautiful 😍
I find PB60 is the most realistic color for the evening summer sky
I tried their dot card and I was surprised by how much I liked the greens, espacially their sap green which for me is hard to find a nice mix for it.
The sap green is very good. One of my favourites.

Thanks for the comments Mark 🙏 I mix my own greens too but I keep thinking that convenience greens would come in handy sometimes.
