yeah man but you might need to increase the amount of oats you add or might need to add some baking poweder if thats what you prefer, both works and tastes amazing.
@@MUTANTTV yes and it will give it a little more volume, and I will put halve cup of eggwhite I use the one from Bob evans the yellow one becuase it has xantan gum in it ,usually I would make 6 pancake with that mix I would eat just 2 a day
Regular organic maple syrup is better for you than sugar free syrup. It's got anti-inflammatory properties, and antioxidants. I mix it with an equal amount of water so I get more syrup. Still super sweet and delicious, and you're only getting 26 grams of sugar if you eat all the syrup. Just because something is sugar free, doesn't mean it's healthier for you.
I used to make these all the time with similar ingredients. It’s great when you’re on a diet and want pancakes but there is literally no comparison to the real thing
1 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1 banana
1 scoop protein
some water

Milk instead of water and add blueberries.. eat with natural yoghurt or a protein yogurt and/or peanut butter.. basically the same but better
And to elevate it just a bit more add a teaspoon of madagascan vanilla extract.
how much milk would you add (in ml)
U mean add yogurt to the mixture?
@levil4012 No, I have with natural yoghurt on the side so it's not too dry
@@PavK-rv7be no syrup?
Finally something so easy :))))
This meal is 454 calories and 58 grams of protein to anyone who was wondering
1 egg is 6.5g protein
1 cup rolled oats is like 8
1 banana is 1
and 1 scoop of protein is around 20-25g
How is that 58g of protein?🤔
@@lakzefar449 I just searched it up on Google
@@poisonalphashorts8900 somethings not adding up though, hmm🤷🏼
@Lakzefar what I was gonna say was around 35ish and 600 cal for me still good
@@nikkujoski693 That's more accurate. Still a good breakfast though! :)
just made them and they taste so good with vanilla protein powder!! I was wondering if i can keep the mix in the fridge
The bananas might get too mushy/brown, but you could always try!
Yea I’m making it right now and all I gotta say is the mix gets a lil browner just from sitting there for like 5 to 10 mins so I don’t recommend
I’m about to try this! So, I just make all the pancakes and freeze them. When you reheat them in a toaster oven they are just as good👌🏼
worked perfectly for me :) thanks so much for sharing 😊
Is it okay to blend it in a regular blender ?
Great recipe thank you for this video
Can i ask. Do we blend the oat until it turn to powder?
Hell yeah burnt pancakes my favorite
What are the macros?
Did you ever find out?
Can u leave the mixture in the fridge and cook the morning after?
Nice and simple!. 👍🏾
Replace the water with milk tastes way better or even almond milk
Mans burned the cakes
Any protein powder alternative?
Peanut butter.
What brand of rolled oats do you recommend
does it have to be blended by a hand blender, or can you blend it in a normal blender?
Normal blender works too!
I personally use fingers but if you don't have fingers then yea you can use a blender
@godsceo7516 if you dont have fingers 😂
Looks good! Mind if I repost and credit?
Just tried making these and turned our soooo good thank you!!!
Glad you like them!
Can you substitute just egg whites for the whole egg? And would whey isolate or whey/casein be better for the recipe? Thank you !
THANK YOU FOR THIS❤
Can i use milk or baking powder ?
Milk would work, and so would baking powder - it would make the pancakes rise a bit more!
How long do they keep and can you freeze them?
Thanks
You burned them bro
They're well done 🤣
They are perfect
Adds character
@@MUTANTTV wish you told us the calorie and carb scale man
Lmao
High heat or low?
I'm unable to eat oats. What can I substitute for?
Just dont add oats bro protein from the egg and powder is enough
these are so good!
Infortunately rolled oats are super high in carbohydrates and spike your insulin. Might as well just have regular pancakes
Can i use half a cup of oats instead
Is there a reason why we hand mix them?
What if I used steel cut instead of rolled oats?
Can I make a bunch and freeze it?
Can i make them withouth the whey scoop ?
Yummy 😋I’m a try this
can i use chocolate or vanilla powder or icecream instead i can't take whey protein Becuase of my condition
Whats the nutrition and serving size?
how much protein each pancake?
Depends on how much cricket powder was used. 😳
Do you need the mixing thingy
Does sugar free syrup have artificial sweeteners?
Do I have to use baking powder?
Can u use a good processor or blender if we don’t have a hand blender
Yes
How much is a little bit of water ?
What can I replace the protein powder with
What can i use instead of bananas i am allergic
How many grams is the scoop of protein? Thanks
Usually it's 30 grams
The pancakes were fire thx
i can add chocolate chips too ? thanks
Hey can I blend it in blender ? Or do I have to mix
Blender works too!
Work well with whey protein isolate?
It should, yup!
Amazing recipe taste amazing thanksss
I did it! And it was awesome! I will keep doing it😍
Niiiice!
What type of syrup do you use
Can I still do it without the protein powder?
yeah man but you might need to increase the amount of oats you add or might need to add some baking poweder if thats what you prefer, both works and tastes amazing.
Aha I do almost the same thing, I put cottage cheese also in the batter
Sounds really good! More protein too!

Non fat greek yogart is the best way to make them. But banana and cottage cheese are both good.
How many tbsp do you use?
1 cup is 2,5dl right? I did this, but its only oats and protein powder, it wont mix at all
Can I use this recipe without the protein source?
Made these with a different protein but still turned out amazing my mom liked them too
No banana porridge milk not water 2 eggs half scoop powder cooked in butter peanut butter and honey over top natural yogurt absolutely the best
How much water? Is that enough? Anyone else experimented with the liquid amount?
Instead of Muant protein powder, can I use different one?
Yes, but we won't like you for it! 😜
@@MUTANTTV joke aside, I made a pancake based on your recipe. Thank you 🙏
Is it possible to make them without protein powder? Im all out
Cant we use another type of oats ?
Won't the heat denature the protein?
Can the left over be refrigerated?
would iit be better to bleennd the oats before or nah
Depends if you like it smooth or chunky!
Can u do egg whites instead of protein powder for protein ?
Yes
What kind of pan did he use?
Is it good for 1500kcal per day (cutting plan)?? 60% carbs 25% protein 15% fat
Just add each of the ingredients individually to a macro/calorie tracker to figure out if it'll work for your plan! As they say, IIFYM! 😜
Nice bro I gotta try this
how much protein is that
what mean 1 cup ? how much grams is that ?
two eggs to one banana is the best ratio I find
How much water? Lol. No one will answer 😂
@@6ft2220beast I usually use a dash of whole milk. Just an eye ball measurement

Those pancakes look fantastic bro!
I used vanilla ice cream protein and IT raster amazing. But they arę a bit too soft
I tried with with the fruity pebbles protien and it was foulll 🤣 its probably because its fruity pebs and not standard vanilla
I just made.... the best thing to have as a meal
Bro said cream pie and thought we wouldn’t notice
Can I just pour in a protein chocolate drink that you could find in your near cold store instead of a protein powder?
coconut CREAMPIE 😂 💀
Probably a dumb question but are quick oats fine for the recipe?
Yes of course
@@CZM. thank you Patrick. Let’s see Paul Allen’s pancakes.
Superb
I screwed it up lmfao. Used an actual blender, and they came out super oatmeal-y and extremely thick. Probably didn't add enough water.
Haha!! Keep experimenting!
You can blend the oats first in a separate blender till its become like an oat flour. It helps the pancakes to have a smoother texture
No leavening?
