I tried this with low expectations (even though all the comments were positive) omg it actually tasted like pancakes, the texture and everything was nice. I used what I had for extras, I added cocoa powder to make a chocolate version, I put bits of peanut butter and I had some bananas also. My protein powder was sweet enough so I didn’t need pancake syrup. Very thankful to have this on my journey

With slight alterations to your recipe, I made 6 pancakes (more like crepes) for 20g carbs (8 fiber), and 80g protein, and it was light and delicious! You just earned yourself a sub!!!

Perfect options! I was always missing the baking powder. I would recommend Celtic salt which is high quality without the BS. Those pink salts are trash salts containing microplastics
I make mine with the Kodiak brand w blueberry with a plant based butter or regular butter...I found I didn't need to the surprisingly. Afterwards I was full half the day on 2 of them.... Excellent video.

Im 40, carbs in the morning is not a problem. You have all day to Burn it especially if are going to the gym. I get my carbs in early morning hit the gym walk a mile in the after then run two miles in the late evening. If I don't get enough carbs, I won't have enough energy to do nothing. In the Fall im hiking 2 days a week a few miles hunting. Plus I Coach youth football. When you are very active carbs are good. Then i got 1 cheat day, enjoy ice cream and pie. Dairy help burn calories faster. But I like the pancake tip. I'll add some protein power to my wheat flour. Thumbs up for this one though.

6.45 what you said is gold! Sugar alternatives are unknown to the human body and should be avoided completely. Maple syrup has a fairly low GI hit for a sweetener which is the main reason to avoid sugar plus its natural and been around for 100s of years! Great recipe and presentation subbed!!

They would be mushy and will not hold. You can prep the dry ingredients and just add the egg, yogurt and milk in the morning
