If I was painting the pilot seats I would of done a small cut into ether the back rest or the actual seat part then painted a light yellow in the cut to simulate a torn seat cushion ....a beautifully done model though

Thank you for the compliment! The sprue cutter I'm using are not great and I don't recommend them. They're meant only for plastic. I haven't tried god hand, so I don't know of their quality.
@@PlamoSamurai what type of varnish is best for that? matt, satin or gloss? I am currently painting a spitfire and I was thinking of doing a homemade oil wash with white spirits to do the panels. Thanks!
@@311pique I just use the Tamiya TS-13 gloss clear spray can before applying decals and wash. After that coat over with flat clear to make it less shiny.
You have to remember that this kit - together with their A "greenhouse" model - is 35 years old ! It was designed before the Iron Curtain collapsed with limited access to East German and Polish aircraft and bad blueprints.

do you varnish the whole model with the decals, before doing the panel liner? great video
