    Ok, ok hear me out! I have been doing different over split stretches for like 2 months now and I watched this video (ps. I used shoes as blocks...) And I was able to go further then I ever have so thank you so much😊

    I’m crying happy tears right now! 😅 I’m not joking🎉 I’m a dancer. I’ve been trying to get the splits for ages and have tried so many exercises and I’ve been doing it for 3+ weeks and I just got it right now!       Be regular if you only do it once in a few days it with hurt more but if you do it regularly the pain will slowly go away as your body gets used to this

    Umm… contortionist & ballet dancer here (who taught Pilates for over a decade & coaches flexibility) proper alignment is super important an can help you get (actually nice, square, usable) splits, avoid injuries etc. I know a lot of ppl just want to touch the floor but doing things right will take you farther safer & more comfortably 😊 also my Mongolian contortion coach told me once: you have to work splits every day, maybe one day off 😉 it’s good & important hip mobility & stability work

    Fun fact : I used to be so stiff, but it was a rainy day and I slipped and landed in the splits perfectly, and I was stuck in there position for 5 minutes, and I was crying because I was little, but I can now go down more further down!
    Another tip, you can maybe use it in the next video, ok so, when it’s raining, go to a field, or outside in your garden and wear some trousers you don’t care about or waterproof trousers, aka, what Americans call pants, then since the mud is wet, and then it’ll be more easier to go down, slowly and steady, but that could just be me and something that’s helpful for me, but it did work a lot for me

    It’s working guys this is not fake. I used to be a major dancer. I’m going back to being a major dancer and I forgot how to do splits and X I’m trying to do a back walk over cause I can do a front walk over but not a back one so this video is nothing at all. I just did that for two minutes and I’m so close to the floor. I’m about to do it again.
