      Bhai sattu aur whey main aapke hisaab ke logically better konsa hai?
      Kyunki jitna maine dekha aur suna uske hisaab se sattu main calories daba ke hoti hai aur protein bhi kam hota hai comparatively baaki agar main agar kuch galat keh rha hu toh aap mujhe batayein

    Vegeterians complete source of protien are quinoa but you have to eat 100 gram for 18 gram protien then paneer soya chunks milk whey protien these are the only options

    I have a doubt...I'm overweight and I do gym...prefering weight training the most, i am always suggested to take whey protein as I'm pure vegetarian
    But at the same time I feel that i should lose weight before gaining muscle and doing fat loss and maintaining weight..pls guide me sir !!

      Look kiddo, as a former fatass lost 30kgs(I'm 6'2) you don't want to loose weight, you want to loose fat and it's pretty simple take minimum 1.4Gm of your desired body weight(let's say you're 100 and want to be 70 so you should take around 100gm/day)+cardio to loose weight faster+strength training and weights. Now when you're in caloric deficit you will loose a lot of muscle along with fat what kind and building muscle takes a lot of time so why do you want to loose your muscle and then train very hard for few years to build them back it's idiotic. Also vegitarianism is not healthy at all since it's mostly card rich and Protein deficient i recommend you to start consuming meat. being complete carnivore during weight loss helped also creatine helps

    Once a week I spend 3 hours making tofu from 1 kg of soybeans. Of course listening to audio books to spend time wisely. Almost 2 kg of tofu I get. The same day I take a break from exercise and make tofu. It gives almost 350 grams of protein with the least fat and bloating issues.

    Sahi baat hai aur bhi combination laand hote hai but 100 gram daal ke saath 60-100 gram rice add karna hoga tab jaake complete protein banega aur yeh main Carbs source ban jaayega bulk waalo ke liye thik hai but lean waalo ke liye challenging hai but impossible nahi hai pure Din bhar ke Carbs ko manage kar sakte ho toh yeh sahi hai

    Agar aap India mein ho to phir aisa hota hai.
    Western countries ke tareeke se daalon ko khao ge to protein utni hi quantity mein zyada bhi mile ga or hazam bhi jaldi hoga, just switch from chatpatti daal to boiled form and believe me you will get mesmerizing results.
    A 135 grams of a daal contains 25 grams of protein.
    So if you boil it and add some common salts and eat it you will absorb the protein faster and digest the food at a crazy speed.
    So just Go For It!!!

    Bura mat manna but banta hai. Mujhe bas aisi body chahiye thi jisme kapde fit ho aur long study hours ke karan jo baithe baithe bloating hoti thi vo khatam ho jaye. Mere ye objectivez achieve bhi ho gaye. But mere pass paise nahi the whey protein aur daily chicken ke liye. To maine simple sa funda apnaya, jo mile khate jao, carbs load karo, kabhi protein sahi hota to kabhi kicch bhi nahi, kabhi roti mein ghee laga kar kha liya. Mujhe bulking bhi karni thi. 2 baar 60gm-60gm sattu pite gaya, 50-60gm moong khate gaya. Tala hua bhi khaya but ghar ,bahar ka rarely hi kucch khaya hoga. To meri to body meri goal ke mutabik ban gayi. Haan normal gym wale bande itni nahi bani but koi nahi kucch na karne se accha hai ki fit to hain. Tshirt mein body acchi dikhti hai.

    Bhai log ye accept karne me kya dikkat hai, its scientifically proven non vegiterian foods have way more protein than plants sources, now u might say " To phir gorilla, bulls and cows itne muscular aur strong kyu hote hai halaki wo herbivores hai" Its cuz they have essential organs and bacterias in their gut, plus their guts and enzymes are 3-5 times more stronger than ours which completely digest plants and hence get huge protein from them, but wo insano ki bas ki bat nahi hai agar hota to sach me vegetarian hoke bhi 7-8 foot lamba hojate ham log. So this is why non vegeterian diet is the best and cheap and the most easy way to get protein and nutrients, ab yea technically u can expect to get proper nutrition from plants as well but uskeliye u have to eat them raw or less cooked form me

    I eat 10 eggs a day , 2 scoops of why protein, 200 grams of cheese , 200 grams of yogurt, 10 almonds, 2 walnuts. 2 glasses of milk , 2 protein candies each 13 grams of protein, some bread some beans like 100 grams of. Is that enough protein

      Start sprinting until you feel like stopping and then start walking and sprint again after a little while stamina can take like alot of time to increase go to ground or park nearby your house i play soccer and that is how i increased my stamina
