Look kiddo, as a former fatass lost 30kgs(I'm 6'2) you don't want to loose weight, you want to loose fat and it's pretty simple take minimum 1.4Gm of your desired body weight(let's say you're 100 and want to be 70 so you should take around 100gm/day)+cardio to loose weight faster+strength training and weights. Now when you're in caloric deficit you will loose a lot of muscle along with fat what kind and building muscle takes a lot of time so why do you want to loose your muscle and then train very hard for few years to build them back it's idiotic. Also vegitarianism is not healthy at all since it's mostly card rich and Protein deficient i recommend you to start consuming meat. being complete carnivore during weight loss helped also creatine helps

Western countries ke tareeke se daalon ko khao ge to protein utni hi quantity mein zyada bhi mile ga or hazam bhi jaldi hoga, just switch from chatpatti daal to boiled form and believe me you will get mesmerizing results. A 135 grams of a daal contains 25 grams of protein. So if you boil it and add some common salts and eat it you will absorb the protein faster and digest the food at a crazy speed.
