Thanks to your and some other few channels that I follow, I have abled to add strength training in my daily routine. I just need 2 help. We, layman's, don't get into much when it comes to calorie measurement for our meals. 1. Is it okay if I repeat the meal 1 with lesser quantity oats in meal 3 (it's my post-workout as I hit the gym 2 hours after meal 2) ? 2. If it's okay my meal 4 is - 3 rotis, boiled veggies, omega-3 capsule, ashwagandha capsule and vitamin C tabs?

Being in a calorie deficit is the only way to to lose fat. Hence this diet might not work for you. Find out your current maintenance calories and accordingly prepare a diet plan which will facilitate calorie deficit

Few ingredients can be substituted as per equivalent content of nutritive value.

@yatinder singh sir big fan . i have one query . i was 80kg of weight so much belly fat and on chest all around my body i started doing only running around 8- 10 km per day no exercise only running for 35- 40 minutes continuous for 6 weeks due to this sir my belly fat did not reduced as much i thouth but my arms legs biceps have shrinked and my body structure become irrerugar in appearance my shoulders mucles had became thin overall my muscels had shrinked up still my belly fat did not decreased legs became thin . and now i started doing workout and stopped cardio my shoulders are not increasing they looks very thin i feel sadness plz advice me so how can i build my overall body structure again
Bhai i too had same condition... after 2 years of GYM my body structure improved...less belly fat now...main reason was diet... initially I don't take Whey Protein, Creatine,not enough calories...but I improved them ..its take 2 yr to realise this mistake

you have suggested high calorie meals but is it ok for someone who is planning for belly fat reduction alomg with muscle building?
