Thank God I grew up listening to this great band and other wonderful artists in the 70`s and going to many concerts such as Fleetwood Mac opening for the Eagles , Chicago,Van Halen, Robin Trower, Boston, Aerosmith, Bad Company, Black Sabbath,UFO, Pat Benatar, Yes, Def Lepperd and others. For me the 70`s will always be my most favorite decade of rock music.
It’d been a more real world, if the present and more recent clowns hadn’t shown up with their disposable nonsense, as opposed to the indispensables, like Grand Funk.

Grand Funk simply has more soul than anybody else. Their songs don't need to be complex compositions, Mark can bend a note and Don and Mel carry that note to perfection.
Mark has not got a shirt on, so he is ready to rock. These three were so DAMN good. Why are they NOT in the hall of fame? They were/are good enough.... At least I think they are........ AND that riff at the end.

It almost hurts to watch this and think about Rock has disappeared. Do they even know what Rock is ? This IS Rock !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No they don't it's all crap now😔
Rock died somewhere around 1980 Pete Townshend announced it in an interview in 1980. He said rock is dead.!
I couldn't agree more!!
These guys were rock, hard and pounding listen to the drums the brutality of a lost love. Lived it this helped me sort it out.

This has to be one of the greatest rock songs in history. How the hell is this band not in the Hall of Fame?
A journalist once asked Mark the same Question,His reply was,"Because I don't have a Brown Ring around my lips"!
Some Paul butterfeid please
Because is the Hall of Infame
Tedderman johns RR HOF sux.....
Because it's the worlds largest urinal. Piss on it.
It's a shame The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame hasn't included Grand Funk Railroad. They deserve every bit to belong in the Hall of Fame.
Naw, they don't deserve to have GFR they belong to the real fans of rock n roll.
And did more than any other band for charity & fund raising
Too many to name have not been added to the rrhof its a sham
Why this original band is not in the R&R HOF is beyond me. Put them in now!
