Imagine if the reason arlecchino wants lyney and lynette to 'mesmerize the whole crowd' is for arlecchino to attempt an assasination or gnosis steal while Furina is distracted by the act of magic.
@@yuanlatina8258 take leaks with a grain of salt. Everything is sus until we get actual in game data. I still remember all those Ayato skillset "leaks" where it was just people doing mspaint stick figures.
yeah, now all they need is someone who will initiate the diversion, and there we are "the traveler" investigating the case and is mislead to something while Arleccino puts her plan to action
Interesting theory but personally I think it’s too bland and easy. Arlecchino wouldn’t do all that just to use this easy tricks like ‘distract and steal’ . It would contrast the whole plot I think.
Fun fact: Neuvillette was featured in Nahida's drip marketing. He said these lines "One might say she (referring to Nahida) pays too much attention or dotes on people too much.....But while her actions can be flawed, I believe her responsibility as Sumeru's diety to be a commendable thing. Ah, that the youngest of the gods should be thus, while a certain other person(referring to Furina/Focalors), by contrast, should be so prone to hysterics"
@@MrJakeros Well, in physical reality Nahida is the youngest, being born from a twig exactly 500 hundred years ago. But in Teyvat's "reality" (memories, changed and shaped by Irminsul) she's not. So if we're talking from our own perspective (and from perspectives of the Descenders), then she's the youngest. But if we're talking from the Teyvat perspective - Focalors is the one.
@@MrJakeros it's not stated that she was born after the last Hydro Archon. It's only said that she became one after the previous one died. So I'm only assuming that she was something else before (like Venti was a wind spirit).
Neuvilette remarks "This trial is far from over" and the camera starts panning back... and then, instead of returning to Furina's POV, goes up, up and up, looking almost vertically downward. Normally I wouldn't think much of it but keep in mind that Celestia is right on top of Fontaine and the people are frightened about a judgment coming. Is Celestia actively judging Fontaine?
With Liben telling us about Judgement coming to Fontaine, it might very well be true. Maybe we finally get another encounter with the Heavenly principles?
this! it gives me chills because we all knew that celestia is above fontaine and liben says that somethings is happening in fontaine, he stated that every netizens saying that "JUDGEMENT IS COMING"
I have a feeling the reason celestia hangs over fontaine is because they’re modernizing. They probably don’t want a society like khanri’ah again, or anything with non-vision holders having power
Wasn't there a theory that the previous Hydro Archon had been assassinated (Theory or mentioned in game) and that perhaps it is the current Hydro Archon ? Wasn't that why Oceanids fled Fontaine ? And Liben did say something about judgement coming... Either way, Celestia getting involved seems pretty interesting
I honestly cannot imagine how insane the reveal of the Cryo Archon, Tsaritsa will be when even "just" what is thought to be the 10th harbinger gets such a badass entry
Seeing the first seconds of the trailer plus the talk about the first sin being the fairest.. I remembered reading somewhere about people judging if a person is a sinner or not by pushing them into a body of water tied with rocks; if they float they're guilty, if not then theyre innocent
But if they are innocent they'll drown, and if they're gulity they'll get killed, it's a lose lose situation, like what did they do if the person was innocent and didn't float?
Navia might also be a thief, due to the vibes she gives and the fact that she looks familiar with scaling buildings. Also Clorinde, possibly head of the Court's police system, shots right towards Navia, implying that there might be a sort of rivalry between the two
I mean when - if not in fontaine - will they get to play with the idea of a phantom thief? Charlotte is already based on Robin Hood - even if most of the traits didn't make it to the final product, I wouldn't be surpirsed if they added another. (As well as a rival policeman/woman with lots of interesting tension between them to feed the imagination. The trope writes itself. Add the contrast of Clorinde's more serious disposition and Navia's playfullness? Yeah, this is probably a sure bet.)
I get the feeling that Lynette and Freminet are both robots, from Lynette's robotic face, strange replies such as "Entering Standby Mode" and Freminet's Constellation being named "Automaton".. i also noticed Freminet has somewhat gear-like shaped pupils in his Drip Marketting.. idk, Fontaine is suspicious all over Edit: not to mention Lynette literally being called a "Multi Purpose Magical Assistant".. i mean, they could have just called her a "Magical Assistant" but "Multi Purpose"? Pretty sus..
@@eduardo_coimbra Lyney is def not a robot, but i do think he's gonna be a very pretentious character, with how he explains magic and all, and he has that overall air around him lol. Also think he has an Alliance with Arle in some way, perhaps against the Archon? Idk
Maybe thats exactly what they want us to think, watch out, at the end Lyney is the only robot out of the three. I really hope for some dope mind-games in Fontaine.
Neuvillette is portrayed very oddly in this trailer. He is introduced next to the shadow of prison bars and is literally framed by Focalors as she talks about how she wants a "real" twist. I believe Neuvillette will be guilty of something in the Archon Quest. Also I'm sad you didn't mention Arlecchino's eye glowing.
I feel bad for those 3 siblings. Arlecchino is definitely in control of them, and Lynette seems to NEVER Smile not once. Even when her brother smiles at her. Something's afoot...
@@josianeheroux669 It's not confirmed so much as it hints at a possibility with her word choices. It could easily be assumed she learned these phrases from her little brother or other automatons in the city.
@@sundalosketch4769 yeah she could totaly be playing along using said sentence to simply force people to stop bothering her as she doesnt like to talk Wherever she's a robot or not is left unanswered and as its only based on a single line and the fact she's avting cold and emotionless its not really enought to be a solid theory yet We most likely will have to wait to have her affinity dialogues to see how she even talk as we never heard her
@@josianeheroux669 also to be more precise on that If they were manipulated by Arlecchino(not saying its the case as teaser was very vague about it) chances are they may be feom her orphanage which would explain why she has influence over them That's clearly more solid than simply linking Lynette with Sandrome just cause there is a chance she may be a robot.. you know there's many robots we know and so far none has been said to belong to Sandrone so..
Couldn't it also be possible Lynette just suffered some extreme trauma that basically killed off her emotions and such?, I mean it would explain a bit why Lyney is so overprotective of her, he doesn't want that kind of thing happening again, which could be why he's doing so much to try and please Arlecchino, if they are indeed working for her here in Fontaine, so she won't do anything to them, or more notably, Lynette, since she would know she is his weakness. That's just my theory, anyway, but if that holds true boy it makes me want to beat down 'cchino to help them even more....
Arlecchino putting on such a big emphasis on how actors are to be, makes me hopeful that Arlecchino will explain why the Harbingers are named after Commedia dell’arte. Apparently it’s a crime it climb buildings, punishable by getting shot … Traveler has to be very careful here, don’t risk it for a chest!!! Otherwise we’ll be visiting Navia soon
The scene where Clorinde shoots with her gun is pretty strange considering the fact that the bullet went towards Navia's head and in the next scene we had an exploding ball with confetti. Is this foreshadowing something or just an extremely uncanny and strangely put scene???
maybe it is foreshadowing some kind of rivalry? navia isnt going to die from a gunshot but it may hint at some sort of battle between them (like cyno and alhaitham)
Navia seems pretty sus here. Not only is Clorinde trying to shoot her, Furina also burns Navia's picture (I assume it is her picture from Charlotte's camera).
Considering the dialogue and the fact that Charlotte took pictures of Navia earlier, I'd say it's about how not is all as it seems in Fontaine. It looks like she's shooting at Navia, but it's really just a picture
I think it’s going to be interesting to see an Archon that’s completely immature. I feel like part of our objective for her is to help her grow mentally and emotionally especially since she’s a newer archon. You could argue Raiden being immature but her actions were fueled by grief. All we could do for Raiden was break her out of her bubble. She has to work through the rest. Folacers seems to lack maturity and thinks her people should entertain her. She doesn’t seem to get her job is to protect her people and her nation. But that’s just speculation. Can’t wait to see how the Fontaine story unfolds. I sense a lot of twists and turns. 😁
At 6:05, when Charlotte is photographing Navia, you see the golden thing at her hip disappear then appear again. In the original trialer, the dialogue over it had something about not trusting what you see, and how magic decieves your eyes.
Good eyesight, which is likely the photo that Charlotte threw away because she knew about it. Edit: I just went and checked but Charlotte threw away the photo of Navia with the gear thingy at her hip... Hmm :
It doesn't disappear, it's covered momentarily by her clothes, which it's still weird because it doesn't seem to be a piece of cloth that can be moved by the wind.
Yes I saw it! Thats really weird that her Vision would disappear in a position where it could not possibly be covered, good eyesight indeed 😯👍It's at 6:04
sorry for being a harbinger of bad news, but fontaine map in 4.0 is located just right above the Girdle of Sands (3.6 map) so yeah Celestia is not on top the city of Fontaine
Freminet does not perform with Lyney and Lynette. It's stated in his drip info that he prefers to stay away from the limelight and focused himself in his diving. He feels uncomfortable when people looks at him. Also, automaton also refers to a person who seems to act in a mechanical or unemotional way. As stated in his drip marketing info, Freminet looks indifferent (having no particular interest or sympathy; unconcerned.) But that's only becusse his passion and focus for the ocean is exceptional.
Yeah I noticed that mistake too He rather stay in his corner and stay discret apparently so he's definitly not participating to the magic show, especialy as Liney and Lynette are known as a duo which imply its only the two of them
Maybe I'm thinking too deep into this, but remember those investigation events in Sumeru festival where we are given limited amounts of guess to resolve the case? I'm pretty sure that was a test run for Fontaine court events. We are so getting ACE ATTORNEY game here
I think we're going to get another Inazuma situation where Focalors is lost in her mind and splitting her nation so we fight her like Raiden. I also like to see how limited their "Justice" is because of Celestia. Idk why but we might see the Unknown god in this nation. Not to forget, based on the location of Celestia, it should be above Fontaine
Yeah i really hope Celestia play a part in the archon quest, even if it's only a teaser or a flashback, I want them to actually do something, everyone from the fatui to the abyss order are doing stuff mean while Celestia is just THERE, and nobody seems to acknowledge the floating island in the sky, seriously if the floating island wasn't there, I would forget Celestia even exist
I think you may be right on the spilt. I saw something a couple days ago that Furina had two forms, like the two forms you see at the Hydro Hypostasis in Watatsumi
@@MrJakeros Yeah there was a leak by Stepleaks and Videreleaks saying that she had two forms, im not sure what that means or implies but I am sure that it will lead to her gnosis being taken or traded, and hopefully it isn't a super confusing like Ei's story.
6:21 with the release of the drip marketings we could see 6 symbols in the background all relating to fontaine. there's the one that was on the pink melusine's hat from the special program, a scale which seems similar to the one in the opera epiclese, one for the steambird, one for the navy, and one that seems to be for the industrial part. but the last one is actually a wolf symbol. we also see that symbol in the back behind wriothesely. it looks like it may be the symbol for the law enforcers, or the people who take in the criminals to be judged, and considering wolf imagery is all over his design, perhaps he is the leader of this group.
I know it’s not major but something i notice about furina’s design is that the hand holding the burning paper has a black glove on it while the other hand supporting her head has a white glove.I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or intentional but seems noteworthy enough to mention
there’s some duality in her. many say she has a split personality. hence the black and white gloves. Even her eye colors are different from each other. And i’ve also seen leaks of the Hydro Fontaine glider. It has two different contrasting colors. so there’s definitely a 2-in-1 thing going on with the Hydro Archon. not to mention there are also 2 opposing factions in Fontaine.
Concerning the siblings relationship with Arlecchino, how I understood it, she just basically called them amateurs. Which makes me think she is a really good actor, and Wanderer is just really good at seeing through the lies as he's pestimistic and second guessing (or he was able to witness her "crazy side" and didn't go poof because he was a harbinger).
I feel like Arlecchino is a master puppeteer.. like i bet her powers are related to controlling us to move like puppets.. pretty much like blood bending from avatar
I think Arlecchino is not a playable character if Hoyoverse has a pattern for playable Fatui Harbinger: 1st Childe(playable) 2nd Signora(not playable) 3rd Scaramouche(playable) 4th Arlecchino(not playable???)
imagine if her boss fight use strings like how yelan does it but red or blood in color.. or use a theater mechanic to attack us - where everything around the boss arena gets dark and only a spotlight will light overhead then we'll have to dodge her attacks from the shadows.. or just use clones of her to show she's the master puppeteer lol
My guess on the plot is that they're arresting innocent people with false charges and judging them for the entertainment of the Archon. This is why this chapter is called "Masquerade of the Guilty". Remember the Fontaine preview of the last livestream, when the melusine "not usually" would arrest an innocent person (to me it's hinting that they do it when they run out of real guilty people for trials to amuse Focalors). It also matches "the spectacle of the court room" metioned on the teyvat trailer, and why there's an opera palco in a penal court, to her trials are entertainment, and it also is a hint of how dangerous is to get on her bad side if her subjects go this far to keep her entertained.
Neuvillete also sounds like he really doesn't like her, while she's rather childish and despotic he sounds rigorous and probably with true sense of justice. I wonder if she's gonna get betrayed by him, probably with the help of the Fatui. Crazy theories but hey it can happen
@@Reciclajeoil I get the feeling he is a misdirection. Like, you're meant to look at him and assume he will betray the Archon. But, I get the feeling it's the woman with the pistol that we might not want to trust.
We can also theorise that Arlecchino is pyro since we can see a glowing gem on her back in this video at 3:04, that is a slightly different shade of red to the rest of her design (which is a colder red with white highlights) and is pretty much the same as a Pyro vision ( red with orange and yellow highlights )
yeah it's definitely a vision. I zoomed in a screenshot i took from the original that has a better quality and it has the yellow accents a pyro vision should normally have. Plus it kind of sticks out unlike the rest of the red accents on her clothing and the frame has the shape of one Edit: or possibly a delusion yeah.
I really hope that Fontaine is where we see the stakes of the game upped. I really hope this judgment of the sinners is related to Celestia being parked over Fontaine and that we finally get to see it in action. Something like when Sirin awakens in Honkai Impact the 3rd.
7:04 Itto actually has the same half pointed ears! Itto and Nuevilette don't seem to have any relation but it definitely suggests Nuev not being entirely human.
I know it's kinda out of context but as I recall Layla also has pointed ears? I guess hers aren't the exact shape as Nevulitte(definitely spelled wrong...) and he doesn't seem related with Layla tho I thought it's worth considering. Idk :'D
"Believe your own eyes. Only that which you see is true. What is unseen is but an illusion." Maybe Nicole was not only talking about Wanderer, also pre caution for Fontaine?
Iustitia omnia vincit.{Justice conquers all things} is written in abyss language below chapter's name. It'll definitely play the role in the archon quest too.
I think it likely represent the ousia and pneuma energies, Lynette is one of them (I think ousia) and then traveller is the other, so we have both types since Lynette is free.
I think that Lyney and Lynette where trying to keep Arlecchino preoccupied and that we where seeing a kind of "Heist" in the process -The Magicians trying to keep The knave Preoccupied most likely failed -Navia is obviously trying to break in And Charlotte discards a Specific Foto in the wind most likely as some sort of code sign -Neuvilletes eyes could be a throwback to the snakepeople of enkanomiya as for clorinde i guess it is no coincidence that she appears right there which seems to be a Jail I think the Juridicial people knew that a Heist or Jailbreak was going on -and i guess that Furinas boredom Shows that something went exactly as predicted The difference in Design of the visions could also stem that Charlottes Vision was the in game Version
This is what I was thinking! Especially when you add in Lyney and Lynette's drip marketing descriptions. By the sounds of it, they'll meet with rich audience members after shows, where Lyney puts on his usual welcoming charm while Lynette sits off to the side, entirely disinterested. However, it seems that Lyney's act is a cover for Lynette's, so that she can pick out valuables for them to snatch later.
Iirc the Fatui consider themselves Sinners for going against the gods. Wriothesley might be Blind/Low Vision, where he's legally blind but can read and distinguish vague shapes. It could also be an Oceanid's blessing that boosts his reading but limits his vision otherwise, but that's unlikely. I'm hoping Faranak (Kaveh's mom) will make an appearance, and initially thought Navia was her. I believe Pierro's ears are a similar shape, which could suggest the two are related in some way
This is why I subbed to this channel, I would've NEVER noticed the details on arlecchino's part, and it also has such a crazy message, omg. It only gives me more hype! Thanks for your work and keep it up!!
2:56 I'm sure most of the Harbingers would've actually known her true nature, but she's fine with them specifically After all, if she's saying about putting an "act" in front of those silhouettes, then she herself makes it implicitly clear to them that she is an "actress" herself
I have multiple thing to say about this trailer 1. I saw people doubting that Lynette is related to her brother, because of her animal like appearance, the appearance don't mean a lot, like Sucrose said, it can happen without there being some kind of gene. 2. I dunno why, Wriothesley give me, like, werewolf feeling, I dunno how to explain. 3. Some of the name, are really strange... But they are pretty so I don't mind. 4. As for the vision difference, Lyney and Freminet have the same vision are Charlotte.
I'd looove Wriothesley to be some sort of werewolf! In France, we have this super well-known "legend" (or more so, historical event) about "La Bête du Gévaudan", a (according to witnesses at the time) huge wolf-like beast who killed hundreds of people between 1764 and 1767. It would be super cool if Wriothesley was a reference to that beast, a policeman who'd be a werewolf, aware or unaware of his nature!
If you look at Wriothesley, you can see a wolf badge on his chest. Two wolf badges. One in blue, one in red? (I don't remember) Edit : One of the badges is on his hand and it's a dark color compared to the light blue badge on his chest.
@@usalisa3656 Yeah! I know this legend! There is also (this is really dumb) the fact that his color pallet, black and red, is the same as the cover for the game "Les Loup Garou de Thiercelieux" Since you seem to also be french, let's be honest, this is THE game we all love
@@ZE.brigitte If he were a werewolf. I wouldn't be surprised. He reminds me of Japan's old secret police called the Shinsengumi for some reason. (Yes, I know he's not Japanese (Inazuma) . I know he's from Fontaine.) They were also nicknamed Wolves of Mibu because they were quite violent. And were described as great swordsmen. Is he going to be a sword character?? 🤔🤔
@@hiduproh1385 I don't, and will never look at leak, so I don't know ^^' But, his design also in reminiscence of the wolf with his badge like you say, so even if he isn't a werewolf, he certainly have connection to wolves in general
"stage magicians are actors" is from Robert-Houdin, considered the father of modern conjuring (Houdini named himself after this guy). The full quote is "A conjuror is not a juggler; he is an actor playing the part of a magician; an artist whose fingers have more need to move with deftness than with speed." It's now become shorthand amongst professional magicians & magic enthusiasts as "A magician is an actor playing the part of a magician".
Wriothesley isn't blind and he's just teasing Sigewinne to pick up her drink. Also he has huge scars in his neck area and his insignia looks like a wolf. He's adult Razor 2.0? 👀
Or he could be acting just as the trailer warns, he could be hiding his visual impairment and merely pretending that he can read🤷♀️ The whole trailer pretty much says that everything that we see with our eyes are only lies, so either he’s blind and pretending that he isn’t, or he’s just teasing her. Still, the way his eyes stare off into the distance while he’s feeling for his cup is extremely suspect
1st Generation archons: Vent"i" Zhongl"i" E"i" (Ei is kinda an exception as she's a twin with the first generation so she's just as old as the other two) 2nd Generation archons: Nahid"a" Furin"a" Murata"a"??? Brony"a"???
Hi cat I’m not sure if anybody else pointed this out, but in the scene when Lyney and Lynette fist bump, the last card actually has a different design. It’s easier to spot after a few replays. It also appears again near the end when Lyney and Lynette bow. I thought this was pretty interesting but I don’t have any idea for what it means
For Wriothesley, he could still be blind. There are blind people who still have 10-15% vision but they are still legally blind. Maybe the outer corners of his vision is gone, but he can still read the papers if he angles them correctly in his remaining vision.
2:04 The eighth silhouettes surrounding arlecchino change. It’s hard to see unless played super slow, but all figures seem to change. I think that because it’s the exact number of fatui harbingers (9 including herself), that those figures are all the other harbingers.
Another thing that may or may not be significant is the nails on Arlecchino's hand. Her hands seem to be a big theme for her since people speculate that her constellation is the claw holding the flame, and her hands look corrupted. She has mostly black nails, but 4 of her nails are red. Additionally, 4 is what I see most people theorizing her rank to be in the Harbingers. Could just be a coincidence or something, but a neat detail.
Hi, I'm Brazilian and I'm here just to say that your videos are always enjoyable. I confess that I stay waiting for a new video when a one from Mihoyo comes up!
I find it quite eeire that at the end of the Sumeru AQ, we are told by a voice (presumably nicole of hexenzirkel) to trust only what we see. And then, we have this trailer where we are told NOT to trust everything that we see.
I have a theory on this: -The magicians sibling might work with fatooey/arle to save lyney from an illness or something along those line. (I.e sandrone, the girl with the robot from fatui trailer). This is why lyney is kinda expressionless/dead (the bot holding her soul is not finished yet) and she often say weird robotic sentences (from her reveal tweet)
8:36 The vision casings might refer to the factions, or it could just be that Charlotte wears her vision backwards (a similar case like this exists in liyue with Xingqui, who is unique in the sense that he wears his vision reversed).
No, it has a slightly different design along with the reverse. Instead of curlicues on top, she has triangles. And if we talk about factions, then Charlotte is most likely from the lower part of the city, and Navia and Clorinde from the upper. Or nobles and peasants.
@@iosis9324it doesn't really make sense for it to be different by class, because I feel like the 3 siblings should be of the same class but Lynette has the same vision as navia while the other 2 are same as charlotte. Honestly I have no idea what it could mean
@@smuglumine9379 They are not blood relatives, they call themselves siblings, but that's what everyone in the Arlecchino orphanage does, so they could belong to different classes before they got into the orphanage. Well, most likely, at least the fact that they are somehow connected with Arlecchino, and the fact that sister has cat ears and a tail, which others do not, suggests that they are most likely from her orphanage and not blood siblings. But this is just speculation, we will find out what different designs mean and so on, in a month.
@@iosis9324 idk about freminet but don't you think at least lyney and Lynette should be blood related? I'm pretty sure the fatui "creates" orphans, so some of them are bound to already be siblings anyway. Honestly it would've made sense for freminet to be the odd one out if this were to be right, also since lyney and Lynette have the same job anyway
@@smuglumine9379 It is in them that I am most unsure. Lynette has cat ears and a tail, but Lyney does not have a single feline detail, not including the constellation.
I have been anticipating an upload from cat with the blue hat covering the teaser ever since I watched it. I love your content, rlly deconstructs the several minute long teasers, highlighting the details and connections to give us interesting ideas and theories about the story. keep it upp :D
Super intriguing video. Im not one of those who often leave a comment, but you did an in depth research to make this video and deserve all the recognition from it :)
6:45 hes not blind lol.. why people think of this? Look at closely, he smile with a side eye meaning he's teasing her and he turn the cup so he can hold the handle
My theory for Wriothesley is that he might be starting to lose sight, because I noticed that on top of the drink Sigewinne gave him there is something that resembles a pink tablet. Maybe she is trying to give him medicine.
I also noticed the manner in which he was feeling for the drinks. He might be able to read because of bold font or dark writing, but perhaps light colors blend and are blurry to him and make it difficult to perceive depth/can't articulate exactly the distance. He was feeling the temperature. His eyes also have a limited range of movement, so it's entirely possible he's visually impaired/losing his vision
He really seems to be just heavily focused on whatever is in front of them. But her trying to give him something in that drink, be it medicine or poison, was my idea too.
Nope, if you look closely you'll notice he turn the cup around not trying to feel the cup. Notice the scene after closed his eyes, his eyes looks at her and smile a bit suggesting he's teasing her
I don't understand why everyone says he is blind? like why do you believe that? because he hesitated a moment before grabbing the cup? I´ve seen this speculation on twitter very often
some people speculate that lynette might be dead, and the one in the trailer/playable is a puppet created by sandrone, which is why she is the one performing most stunts.
6:55 He could just have bad vision. Not total blindness, but bad enough vision that he has to feel for the cup. He could be very nearsighted like me, though those two cups have different colors so just that wouldn’t fully explain it. Maybe also colorblind? Alternatively, the papers he’s looking at could have very large text or are pictures, so even someone with very bad vision can read them. Or maybe he’s actually not reading them at all and is just pretending to look busy or focusing his vision on something so people don’t think he’s staring.
Another possibility that I noticed after watching the scene a few times is that he adjusts the position of the cup. At first the handle faces him and then the turns it so the handle is on his right. Maybe just to make it easier to pick it up as trying to do it with the handle facing you is a bit awkward imo (more hand movement required)
The speculation that Wriothesley is blind just makes me facepalm. The blind are all the people who ignore the nurse's cap on her head. She's pushing the Healthy drink for the guy who works too hard.
@@illinnyan4053 Have you ever considered that she’s a nurse that helps him out with things he struggles to do because of bad vision? My eyes may be bad, but at least my brain is fine /lh
tbh at this point in genshin where i can aleady stomp any content, all im playing for is three things.... to know how the story would turn out, arlecchino banner, and cryo archon banner 😅
Wriothesley could still be blind. Blindness/visual impairment has a bit of a scale to it, like being Deaf/Hard of Hearing. He could be able to focus on things closer to his face and/or the paper could have larger font on it that we don't see.
@@scarletstones8505 we dont actually know that it could be either in my personal opinion i think its a vision especially because it looks a lot like one and it would make sense for her to have a pyro vision but just a theory ofc. Time will only tell, sooner or later we will find out. so exited for fontaine 😍😍😍😍
This is a great observation on the characters. I was too busy looking at Navia and Wriothelesly to pay attention 😂😂 Well, some does say that the courtroom is a stage where ppl act. So if in sumeru we are all in a collective dream, maybe in fontaine we will be deceived by our surrounding, because in water everything is blurry and can differ in what they actually looks like. I hope the writing team can give a great depiction of water, play, justice and finding the truth like how they did with lightning is in a flash but the archon strive for her own version of eternity. Maybe the hydro archon is bored of playing an act and wanted to see the traveler perform their truth.
So, that would actually explain how Arlecchino would possibly become playable. Either she drops the act and defects to our side or she simply keeps it up while still being friendly to us.
That could be the case, cuz from what we've seen, you need to have capacity to befriend or at least have non hostile relationship with traveler to be playable
There was dialog between Charlotte and mona from the previous event mentioning a chief editor they both know. I presume Charlotte must be referring to Navia. And if that were true she must be earning alot from the steambird which explains the drip
It seems to me too soon and with little evidence to think about the possible relationship between the brothers and Arlecchino as Fatui spys or the possibility that the siblings are automatons, it could be, but I would put it in a video as a "theory" rather than "hidden data". Anyway, nice video
1) Me and my friend presume that Neuvillette is indeed an Oceanid and a familiar of either Furina or the previous archon. The latter makes more sense as perhaps Neuvillette has to tolerate Furina’s shenanigans and act as a mentor. 2) Fontaine indeed has Dark and Light factions. It’s reflected in Vision’s clasps design and in Furina’s gloves (dark and white). 3) Navia has a wheel thingie on her belt which suggests that she could be a Fontaine admiral. So we might see her when Hoyo decides to release the port some NPC’s been talking about. 4) Lyney and Lynette have Cheshire cat clasps on their shoulders. Idk what to make of it
I believe the two unique casing designs could be related to either two sides of the nation of Fontaine, or the different rule of the Hydro Archons. It could signify who gained their Visions with Furina in power, and who from the ex-Archon's rule. It could show some interesting insight to the types of story each character has relating to those differences in "generations" so to speak.
Wrothesley isn't blind, people makes a speculation based on him seemingly trying to make sure he's holding the cup. If you look closely he turning the cup around making the handle facing sideways so he can pick it up easily
Imagine if the reason arlecchino wants lyney and lynette to 'mesmerize the whole crowd' is for arlecchino to attempt an assasination or gnosis steal while Furina is distracted by the act of magic.
thats probably wut she will do but sandrone i heard she might appear i wonder wut is her role

That sounds interesting
yeah, now all they need is someone who will initiate the diversion, and there we are "the traveler" investigating the case and is mislead to something while Arleccino puts her plan to action
Interesting theory but personally I think it’s too bland and easy. Arlecchino wouldn’t do all that just to use this easy tricks like ‘distract and steal’ . It would contrast the whole plot I think.
Fun fact: Neuvillette was featured in Nahida's drip marketing.
He said these lines
"One might say she (referring to Nahida) pays too much attention or dotes on people too much.....But while her actions can be flawed, I believe her responsibility as Sumeru's diety to be a commendable thing. Ah, that the youngest of the gods should be thus, while a certain other person(referring to Furina/Focalors), by contrast, should be so prone to hysterics"
I guess that explains who's the youngest archon. Thank you for that.
@@qwq843 Isn't Focalors only 500 years old too?

Neuvilette remarks "This trial is far from over" and the camera starts panning back... and then, instead of returning to Furina's POV, goes up, up and up, looking almost vertically downward.
Normally I wouldn't think much of it but keep in mind that Celestia is right on top of Fontaine and the people are frightened about a judgment coming.
Is Celestia actively judging Fontaine?
Imagine if Celestia was considering letting another nail fall on Fontaine this time, like it did on Dragonspine and Chasm so long ago
Either way, Celestia getting involved seems pretty interesting

jesus christ was a sinner all along
sounds like a witch trial tbh... Thanks fairly oddparents for this useless trivia

Navia might also be a thief, due to the vibes she gives and the fact that she looks familiar with scaling buildings.
Also Clorinde, possibly head of the Court's police system, shots right towards Navia, implying that there might be a sort of rivalry between the two
I also thought Navia could be a thief
I mean when - if not in fontaine - will they get to play with the idea of a phantom thief? Charlotte is already based on Robin Hood - even if most of the traits didn't make it to the final product, I wouldn't be surpirsed if they added another. (As well as a rival policeman/woman with lots of interesting tension between them to feed the imagination. The trope writes itself. Add the contrast of Clorinde's more serious disposition and Navia's playfullness? Yeah, this is probably a sure bet.)

Edit: not to mention Lynette literally being called a "Multi Purpose Magical Assistant".. i mean, they could have just called her a "Magical Assistant" but "Multi Purpose"? Pretty sus..

Maybe thats exactly what they want us to think, watch out, at the end Lyney is the only robot out of the three. I really hope for some dope mind-games in Fontaine.
I bet Sandrone is involved.
Can't wait for the reveal.

It’s confirmed that she is a robot, so it definitely has something to do with Sandrone later in the game

@@josianeheroux669 also to be more precise on that
If they were manipulated by Arlecchino(not saying its the case as teaser was very vague about it) chances are they may be feom her orphanage which would explain why she has influence over them
That's clearly more solid than simply linking Lynette with Sandrome just cause there is a chance she may be a robot.. you know there's many robots we know and so far none has been said to belong to Sandrone so..

It looks like she's shooting at Navia, but it's really just a picture
remember it's all a show
Idk maybe its just some random scene? Remember about Kazuha fighting the traveler? Yeah thats doesnt happen in game
Yeah I noticed that mistake too
He rather stay in his corner and stay discret apparently so he's definitly not participating to the magic show, especialy as Liney and Lynette are known as a duo which imply its only the two of them

There was also an anchor with roses kinda similar to rosaria's spear during burst
More than that, leaks say that the siblings will have a certain importance in the Archon quest
I feel like Arlecchino is a master puppeteer.. like i bet her powers are related to controlling us to move like puppets.. pretty much like blood bending from avatar
kafka 2.0 real
Shouldn't that kind of ability be for Sandrone, "The Marionette" and 7th Harbinger instead?
Marionette means puppeteer after all
I think Arlecchino is not a playable character if Hoyoverse has a pattern for playable Fatui Harbinger: 1st Childe(playable) 2nd Signora(not playable) 3rd Scaramouche(playable) 4th Arlecchino(not playable???)
imagine if her boss fight use strings like how yelan does it but red or blood in color.. or use a theater mechanic to attack us - where everything around the boss arena gets dark and only a spotlight will light overhead then we'll have to dodge her attacks from the shadows.. or just use clones of her to show she's the master puppeteer lol
@@HAKIxSBS4th was Dottore
And that's where the Traveler will be fitting~ Being accused and hated.. cant wait too see how the tables turned when those did happened~
Neuvillete also sounds like he really doesn't like her, while she's rather childish and despotic he sounds rigorous and probably with true sense of justice. I wonder if she's gonna get betrayed by him, probably with the help of the Fatui. Crazy theories but hey it can happen

Wait... could that distinguish 5-star characters from 4-stars?

I think it likely represent the ousia and pneuma energies, Lynette is one of them (I think ousia) and then traveller is the other, so we have both types since Lynette is free.
I think that Lyney and Lynette where trying to keep Arlecchino preoccupied and that we where seeing a kind of "Heist" in the process
-The Magicians trying to keep The knave Preoccupied most likely failed
-Navia is obviously trying to break in
And Charlotte discards a Specific Foto in the wind most likely as some sort of code sign
-Neuvilletes eyes could be a throwback to the snakepeople of enkanomiya as for clorinde i guess it is no coincidence that she appears right there which seems to be a Jail
I think the Juridicial people knew that a Heist or Jailbreak was going on
-and i guess that Furinas boredom Shows that something went exactly as predicted
The difference in Design of the visions could also stem that Charlottes Vision was the in game Version

I'm sure most of the Harbingers would've actually known her true nature, but she's fine with them specifically
After all, if she's saying about putting an "act" in front of those silhouettes, then she herself makes it implicitly clear to them that she is an "actress" herself
This is a trailer, some things are shown metaphorically. Same way Dottore was never standing in front of a burning tree,
I have multiple thing to say about this trailer
(I don't remember)
Edit : One of the badges is on his hand and it's a dark color compared to the light blue badge on his chest.
@@usalisa3656 Yeah! I know this legend!
There is also (this is really dumb) the fact that his color pallet, black and red, is the same as the cover for the game "Les Loup Garou de Thiercelieux"

Or he could be acting just as the trailer warns, he could be hiding his visual impairment and merely pretending that he can read🤷♀️
The whole trailer pretty much says that everything that we see with our eyes are only lies, so either he’s blind and pretending that he isn’t, or he’s just teasing her.

It also appears again near the end when Lyney and Lynette bow. I thought this was pretty interesting but I don’t have any idea for what it means
Its representing they'r hat i suppose.. other than that. No idea
@rednitro2758they said it’s eight silhouettes of herself
Another thing that may or may not be significant is the nails on Arlecchino's hand. Her hands seem to be a big theme for her since people speculate that her constellation is the claw holding the flame, and her hands look corrupted. She has mostly black nails, but 4 of her nails are red. Additionally, 4 is what I see most people theorizing her rank to be in the Harbingers. Could just be a coincidence or something, but a neat detail.

This entire arlecchino dialogue, gestures, and opening dialogue kinda gives me a "now u see me, now u don't" Vibe 😂😂
Watching this video back after Fontaine's archon quest. Good vid👍
I have a theory on this:
-The magicians sibling might work with fatooey/arle to save lyney from an illness or something along those line. (I.e sandrone, the girl with the robot from fatui trailer). This is why lyney is kinda expressionless/dead (the bot holding her soul is not finished yet) and she often say weird robotic sentences (from her reveal tweet)
Excellent, finally a breakdown that puts the names with the characters for me! And fascinating about the different vision casings...
Lynette has cat ears and a tail, but Lyney does not have a single feline detail, not including the constellation.
when you pointed out the 8 shadows in arlecchino's scene, my heart flipped and I got the shivers omg
Thumbnail looks like an apology video. I guess we missed that too
I have been anticipating an upload from cat with the blue hat covering the teaser ever since I watched it. I love your content, rlly deconstructs the several minute long teasers, highlighting the details and connections to give us interesting ideas and theories about the story. keep it upp :D
If you look closely to Arlecchino's hands, it doesn't looks like she's using gloves. Her hands just pitch black for some reason
Yes also the clap sound
Given Clorinde is an Electro user, guess we can say she would have a 'shocking' personality? 🤡🤡
Get it? Shocking?
Well, it was worth a 'shot'

Super intriguing video. Im not one of those who often leave a comment, but you did an in depth research to make this video and deserve all the recognition from it :)
5:03 - 5:51 Love your theory crafting
Excellent analysis! Thanks for sharing!
The Biggest thing you missed is that arlecchino and diluc's new outfit has many similarities
sus
that makes sense
when i saw her outfit, it reminded me of someone's outfit but couldn't remember who, it's Diluc!
Diluc had once acted as fatui to get more info on the organization

Literally waiting for this :D
6:45 hes not blind lol.. why people think of this? Look at closely, he smile with a side eye meaning he's teasing her and he turn the cup so he can hold the handle
Yeah right
I was waiting for this channel to drop a video, It's incredible how much the information this channel give us about Genshin.
My theory for Wriothesley is that he might be starting to lose sight, because I noticed that on top of the drink Sigewinne gave him there is something that resembles a pink tablet. Maybe she is trying to give him medicine.
But that pink thing is on her drink too.
Notice the scene after closed his eyes, his eyes looks at her and smile a bit suggesting he's teasing her
I'm excited to see more of them
I don't understand why everyone says he is blind? like why do you believe that? because he hesitated a moment before grabbing the cup? I´ve seen this speculation on twitter very often
I love your videos! thank you! the level of information you analyze and all the research you do.. amazing
Ty for this! So hyped for Fontaine 🙌🏽
The amount of efforts put into this video is immaculate. Thank you so much!
some people speculate that lynette might be dead, and the one in the trailer/playable is a puppet created by sandrone, which is why she is the one performing most stunts.
6:48 He isn't blind, he was rotating his cup so that he could pick the cup by its handle. :)
Wriothesley is not blind. You can see him adjusting the cup (the cup handle was shifted).

the best breakdown and theory channel
I think Navia "flying" with her umbrella in 6:04 might be an easter egg for Mary Poppins which could mean she is a witch or a member of Hexenzirkel
The eight silhouettes ( 2:03 ) also match the Harbingers visuals if you slow down.
tbh at this point in genshin where i can aleady stomp any content, all im playing for is three things.... to know how the story would turn out, arlecchino banner, and cryo archon banner 😅
Was looking forward to this!!
Thank you for your video ! I'm glad/sad to see I'm not the only one who think of the trhee sibling as member of the house of heart ;_;
Wriothesley could still be blind. Blindness/visual impairment has a bit of a scale to it, like being Deaf/Hard of Hearing. He could be able to focus on things closer to his face and/or the paper could have larger font on it that we don't see.
Neuvillette's eyes , the slit, its more like a reptile/dragon
oh right!! Maybe he is part of the ancient lizard race we saw in the enkanomiya event... you know that misterious woman with rhe mask.
@@xCASVx Neuvillette being a lizard person would make me laugh so hard

2:04 Dude, how tf did u even notice these very small details?!?
But this is what makes me cannot miss ur vids btw 😅
If you look closer, you can see Arlecchinos vision on her back, she's pyro.
That's delusion
@@scarletstones8505 we dont actually know that it could be either in my personal opinion i think its a vision especially because it looks a lot like one and it would make sense for her to have a pyro vision but just a theory ofc. Time will only tell, sooner or later we will find out. so exited for fontaine 😍😍😍😍
Thank goodness I am not the only one thinking her a Fontaine yoimiya~~
That could be the case, cuz from what we've seen, you need to have capacity to befriend or at least have non hostile relationship with traveler to be playable
or she can be playable and not give a damn .
@@phantomblade89 so pretty much Tartaglia's schtick.
things i missed in the overture trailer: everything, because i was too busy thinking about arlechino.
There was dialog between Charlotte and mona from the previous event mentioning a chief editor they both know. I presume Charlotte must be referring to Navia. And if that were true she must be earning alot from the steambird which explains the drip
I was literally waitong for cat to release a video the second i watched the trailer, thank you cat :)
Idk what to make of it
7:39 - 7:51 Clorinde looks so cool 😎
I believe the two unique casing designs could be related to either two sides of the nation of Fontaine, or the different rule of the Hydro Archons. It could signify who gained their Visions with Furina in power, and who from the ex-Archon's rule. It could show some interesting insight to the types of story each character has relating to those differences in "generations" so to speak.
5:57 Taylor Swift
Wrothesley isn't blind, people makes a speculation based on him seemingly trying to make sure he's holding the cup. If you look closely he turning the cup around making the handle facing sideways so he can pick it up easily
