@@esquared.photography ❤️always! (And I just got the Nikon Z 28-75 f2.8! It’s awesome.) I was using the Tamron 24-70 with my d750. Good deals right now!
I generally use a Canon RF 50mm 1.2 for sessions. It feels like a nice middle ground lens that works for most things. I enjoy the behind the scenes peek. Families are more challenging for me since there is more work in styling the poses with different groups. Individual and couple pics come easier for me. Keep up the great work!
I like using a squeaky toy to get their attention. Also, I find it helpful for them to have something to hold during the session. Then ask them to show it to me. You ladies are awesome!
I use 50 mm. What is your opinion of having a Telephoto 75-300? And could you explain a little more why you chose a 85 for a smaller family? Thank you, I learn so much from you guys!

I have my first family shoot and this was so helpful! With a 50mm 1.8 lens will i be able to get a family of 3 in focus?

Really enjoyed behind the scenes 😂 kids and pets are definitely hard work.
i mostly use my canon 50mm and 85mm. if i use a zoom i use a canon 18-135 3.5 or a sigma 17-70 2.8

I don’t know much about the 75-300. The reason we choose the 85 mm is because we love the bokeh it can give us!
my go to is Tam 35-150mm. for family shoots.
I use nikon 1.4 but usually bump it a little higher because I struggle with focus sometimes:)
Good idea!! How do you like the 1.4?
I really like the Sony 50 1.2, I only have it at 1.2 in very specific instances though
I love my sigma 85mm
Same. The thing is amazing.
My favorite lense is my 85mm
What focus setting are you using ?
What did you use to check white balance
An expodisc! We love it
I’m using 50.
Do you use a UV Filter on the end of your lens?
