Hi. Can I make photo like this if I use Godox AD200Pro and two flashes godox V1?

I don’t think I could get this kind of exposure balance in some of these backlit situations without either a toned-down flash or a reflector or something similar. Natural light is good, but backlit natural light is something else. How do you do it?
