I use HSS and adjust the ambient by increasing the shutter speed (up to 1/8000) then adjust the lights from back to front depending on how many strobes you’re using.

Thanks for the video!!❤ I love that y’all are Godox users! Currently I have a TT600 with an umbrella. Is it possible to use this for a one light setup or do I need a bigger strobe? Thanks again!!
