What really helped me and what you did as well, is changing the FBW mode from A/A to the downward position (dont know what its name for right now) It is so much easier to control then.
Check the correct frequency in the kneeboard of that specific tanker flying in front of you then open the f10 menu hit tanker choose the sepcific tanker you're refueling from (in case multiple are listed) then request rejoin
you made that look easy. nice flying. Were you just using trim I assume? Sorry was mesmerized watching the intake of fuel. You just said you were on the stick. Very impressed.
@@MattyNoNose less sensitivity at the middle. So it takes more stick movement to move the control surfaces. This makes it easier to make slight changes to the attitude.

its charge ,the down one of G limiter , tune the wings for heavy load
I wonder if you could use the autopilot with the trimmer switch to get to the basket.
Compared to some other jets (especial harrier) the Mirage is easy to tank thanks to it's very stable flight handling...
shawn starling Harrier isn't too bad though thanks to the AFC to trim it out automatically
Personally I actually found the Harrier to be (way) easier to refuel than the Mirage, thanks to its amazing engine response.
Seriously? I must have missed that. How do I implement?
I can never seem to contact the tanker. I tried the easy comms but it just gave me awacs.
same problem here! any solution??
@@Zoddom im pretty sure you have to manually enter the tanker frequency in the radio if its not working with easy coms

It's even easy with turning on the autopilot and using trim only
Which tanker is it that you need for the mirage?
Kc-130 or KC-135MPRS or Russian tanker

Hey cap do you use a high curve on your pitch and roll axis?
Doctor Apollo he uses 25 curvature.
thanks bud. I guess I'm just curious what the advantage is to having a higher curvature...is it just more stick sensitivity?
Higher precision with smaller control inputs while trading off precision for large inputs is what it comes down to.

25 is the best curve for most of dcs modules
are you trimming when you refuel ?
Personally I trim fullly before hitting the nozzle.
